Received excellent service from Robert and a new trainee, Nick... received a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time... They were able to replace the broken keyless entry which was the reason for the service call. The door was checked out and I was advised of another worn part, which they had with them and was able to replace it... Great service and very professional.... Thank you !!

In April 2018 a spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision and a service tech was here the next morning. He replace both springs, cables, pulleys and carriage wheels. Very professional and thorough. This was not cheap but our door had all original parts and was 20 years old. This week the door began to fail to go all the way up. I called Precision again and they arrived as scheduled and made a quick adjustment to one spring. This repair fell under the one year warranty so there was no charge. I am very pleased with this companies response and the professional techs.

I was very disappointed in the service I got. First the window for my service was 3-6. I sat until about 10 until 6 and never heard from anyone! I called and was told they were just leaving Georgia and was in there way. After they got here I was told I had to move the things in my garage even more. They begin to help but broke several things in the garage. It was left for me to clean up. Then at about 9 another guy showed up. I ask if he had come to help. He told me that he came to help one of the guys because the other guy got mad and went and sat in the truck the rest of the time here. They didn’t get finished until 9:30. Every plan I had I had to cancel because they were here so long! Then I was told they brought a wrong part and would have to come back with the right part another day. I took off work to have the garage down put on. Now I would have to find another day for them to return. They emailed me once and gave me a time but I was in school. I’ve not heard from them again! So I’m not sure if they came at put the part on or it still isn’t done. It was the outside trim. I have used your service 3 times and I feel that 2 of the tree times I was disappointed. The time before a piece broke on the garage and someone came out to fix it. Just a few months later it broke again. I think I should have been refunded for that part or a credit on the last service. Honestly I don’t feel that I will use your company again. The guy that came to help at the end did apologize but again I wasted a whole night waiting on something that shouldn’t have taken that long. Ben came to my house promptly the same day I called Precision. This young man is very professional, hardworking and a wonderful and kind person. He did a great job and fixed my garage door. When i showed him the garage door he immediately knew what was going on and made suggestions about fixing and improving it. And he did the work in less than an hour. Please give him a raise for a wonderful job and for his kindness.

Service technician, Stephen Coleman, provided excellent service. He was polite, professional and competent. Stephen explained what he was doing to repair the garage door spring and rollers, and he answered my questions concerning the options for repair and warranty. I was well pleased with the timeliness of Precision Door Service's response to my request for an estimate, as well as with their ability to immediately repair the door without having to schedule another visit.

Technician was on time and repaired our door in one hour as stated. He replaced the springs and rollers and balanced the door. The cost was a little more than I expected, but he did a fine job.

Honest, professional yet personable. Patrick performed a complete new installation/replacement of everything except the door. Very professional, explained everything he was doing and most importantly, he showed me each of the issues as he found them and explained the degree of failure. We were completely satisfied with Precision's garage door repair. We had to have new remotes, springs, and rollers- Robert was GREAT - very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave us some great tips. We called on Memorial Day and they still provided same day service (at no extra charge), came at the time they said they would, and did a great job. Hard to imagine better service.

Sandy was delightful to work with and arranged the convenient days and times of installation. Conner spent the day completing the job to our satisfaction and approval.
