My garage door would not lower, service person came right away and got the door closed and told me that I needed a new motor, but he did not push changing the motor that day. I will definitely call them back when it needs changing out. The door that I own, they do not make it anymore so there are no parts for it.

Needed repair on Saturday and you was only door company open on Saturday so I called. Service was good with fast response time. I think the charge was excessive but I was in need and had to have my door fixed. No complaint except the price that was charged

Great customer service, from the customer service rep to the technician...Caleb. He arrived within the 2 hour window the rep had given & he called when he was on his way. Professional & honest company- definitely recommend.
