Saturday before Easter and my garage doors were acting like they had a little demon lol. Kept going up and down all by themselves randomly. So thankful that 1) you guys were open, and 2) that Alex could get here quickly and fixed the problem easily. Always fun to learn that the builder didn't use someone who was knowledgeable for install but we live and learn. Thank you Alex for finding the issue and fixing it!

We had purchased the belt drive opener from Precision a couple of years ago when our old unit started acting up and have been so pleased with how efficient and quiet it operates. Today I went to open door and one of the original hinges holding the panels of door together had broken This was just a few hours before I had to be at work and once again Precision cane thru for us with a same day appointment and fix We are so pleased to know about and tell others about a local company that treats people right. They have been helpful and professional, I would recommend them to anyone.

Alex called me and told me his ETA was 30 minutes which I thought was very professional. Upon arrival Alex was very friendly and professional. He explained everything that was wrong with my doors and explained what needed to be done to correct the issue. He corrected all my issues very quickly and both my garage doors were like new again. Today my sister and I had Precision Garage Doors repair our existing door. And, due to so many good reviews of the company, ordered a new garage door to match our present outside color. We were very pleased with the gentleman who came by. He helped us select and design our new door. We look forward to have our new garage door installed. And, we'd recommend the company to others. The gentleman who assisted me and my sister did a fine job and helped so much with our new door decisions (style, color, etc.).
