The Precision representative who answered my phone call was friendly and professional. She instructed me to be able to temporarily fix the issue with my garage door opener. She scheduled an appointment for a representative to come and solve the problem. On the scheduled date the representative called to tell me he was on the way and when he expected to arrive. He was on time, went right to work, found the problem and fixed the door opener. He was friendly and courteous and professional.

This is THE company for garage door repair. I needed the springs replaced on my garage door. Tyson came to the house earlier than scheduled. He called to tell me he was on his way. By the way, there was still snow and ice on the roads when he came out. He suggested the right replacement for my springs, and 20 minutes later, he had my garage door opening and closing like new.

We called the day before the 4th of July thinking we would get a repairman after the 4th. To our surprise, we were given a repairman for that afternoon. Graham from the Chattanooga area came at the exact time he said he would be here. He explained what we needed and went to work. He was courteous and worked quickly. He took time to explain the new features and cleaned up and ready to leave. We are so thankful Precision was available and will use them again!

Graham Bickerson repaired my garage door on May 15, 2023. He was here 45 minutes after I called; he quickly found the problem of my garage door not closing. He inspected my door and recommended an overhaul of parts. He was very professional and courteous to me, a senior citizen. I would recommend Precision and Graham to my friends. Five star rating.

Garage door spring broke on Memorial Day. Called them that afternoon and they were out the next morning with all the supplies to get us back up and running. Highly recommend! Very courteous, and prompt and thorough in showing me what needed to be fixed on our 14 year old door, and how to maintain going forward. 5 year warranty was also nice!

The call to Precision was a "false alarm" on my part. Even though Precision responded by sending a repair tech and mobile unit, I was not charged for their trip. I had used Precision several times and they were always responsive and effective, I was not evEn charged for their trip this time. A GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS !!!

Service was same day and quick. Replaced all hardware on one door and rollers on second. Would highly recommend them and will call the when it's time to replace the doors.

Garage door spring broke at 9 pm last night, called them and the technician (Jerry B.) was here the next afternoon on schedule. Took him about 45 minutes to replace the door springs, bearings, and all the rollers. We are extremely pleased with the fast service and repair.

A wonderful company that cares about service. They were courteous, on time and very thoughtful. I especially liked the phone and text confirmation along with the employees name and picture, who by the way was very knowledgeable and professional. I would very highly recommend them again, even to my sweet little old grey haired Italian grandmother.... if she was still with us.

I was very impressed by your service. I called around 9:30 and your technician was here by 12:30. He was very professional and courteous. While replacing the spring, he inspected the entire door operation and spotted 2 installation problems that have existed for 12 years. He also fixed these problems for no charge. I would recommend your service to anyone looking for a garage door repair or installation. I live in Athens, TN

I have to say I couldn't ask for better service. I just bought the house and the garage door was working and then it stopped.. They came out on time and removed my old door opener and replaced new wheels and track and a new Genie door opener . And removed all the old stuff and cleaned up. Works perfect!! Nice and quiet I can't even hear it open.. Awesome job guys.. Thanks Percussion!!!
