The spring on my garage door broke Friday evening. I thought I was stuck for the weekend, as it was Easter weekend. I called Precision Saturday morning, and Scott was at my house an hour later. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind. Frankly, I was surprised that someone answered the phone on Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. Don’t call anyone else when you need garage door repair.

Our garage door malfunctioned, so I needed service pretty quickly. I called Precision Garage Door Service at 8:05 am and had a technician at my door at 9:30......talk about quick service!!!! Anthony was beyond outstanding. He immediately recognized the problem and showed me the spring had broken in two places. He fully assessed the 21 year old double garage door and gave me 3 service options, clearly explaining the benefits of each. He got to work, got everything done quickly, and the door runs smooth as new. Anthony was very courteous, personable, professional, and competent. Super happy with Anthony and Precision. Highly recommended and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt you'll feel the same.

I have to say I couldn't ask for better service. I just bought the house and the garage door was working and then it stopped.. They came out on time and removed my old door opener and replaced new wheels and track and a new Genie door opener . And removed all the old stuff and cleaned up. Works perfect!! The Precision representative who answered my phone call was friendly and professional. She instructed me to be able to temporarily fix the issue with my garage door opener. She scheduled an appointment for a representative to come and solve the problem. On the scheduled date the representative called to tell me he was on the way and when he expected to arrive. He was on time, went right to work, found the problem and fixed the door opener. He was friendly and courteous and professional.

This is THE company for garage door repair. I needed the springs replaced on my garage door. Tyson came to the house earlier than scheduled. He called to tell me he was on his way. By the way, there was still snow and ice on the roads when he came out. He suggested the right replacement for my springs, and 20 minutes later, he had my garage door opening and closing like new.

We called the day before the 4th of July thinking we would get a repairman after the 4th. To our surprise, we were given a repairman for that afternoon. Graham from the Chattanooga area came at the exact time he said he would be here. He explained what we needed and went to work. He was courteous and worked quickly. He took time to explain the new features and cleaned up and ready to leave. We are so thankful Precision was available and will use them again!

Garage door spring broke on Memorial Day. Called them that afternoon and they were out the next morning with all the supplies to get us back up and running. Highly recommend! Very courteous, and prompt and thorough in showing me what needed to be fixed on our 14 year old door, and how to maintain going forward. 5 year warranty was also nice!

The call to Precision was a "false alarm" on my part. Even though Precision responded by sending a repair tech and mobile unit, I was not charged for their trip. I had used Precision several times and they were always responsive and effective, I was not evEn charged for their trip this time. A GREAT SERVICE AND A GREAT BUNCH OF GUYS !!!
