Derek H replaced our old Liftmaster garage door opener that got fried by a recent electrical storm. He had a Nice brand opener on his truck that was a perfect replacement. He thoroughly checked out the old unit before replacing it to make sure there wasn't some other electrical issue with our garage electrical circuit, GFI or main electrical panel circuit breaker. He worked very efficiently and had all the right tools for the changeout. Derek was friendly, professional and did not pressure me into making a decision I was not comfortable with. Service person Derek was very personable and easy to talk to. He did not have the part needed to repair the opener but called immediately to his office to see if they had it in stock. Unfortunately, the part needed to be ordered, and the repair had to be put on hold. Derek said he not seen this happen before; metal piece breaking off instead of belt failure.

We heard that dreaded sound go off in our garage on Saturday night, so we made a Sunday morning appointment with Precision. Derek called to let us know he was running early and wanted to confirm if that was okay. It wasn't a small job, as he had to replace many components of our 28-year-old garage door system. My garage door was recently and severely damaged after a recent windsheer. I called Precision Sunday morning just hoping to get someone there on the next week. By that very afternoon the door was repaired, all new components,track remotes and opener. I was amazed. The technician was very skilled and professional. The repairman came early actually and gave me an estimate of what it would cost to get my garage door opener running again. The estimate was high but I am going to need a whole new system. I asked him to patch it so we could wait to replace the unit. 30 minutes later at the most he was finished and gone with my payment for his work. He cleaned up and could not tell any work had been done except my door opener was working. He gave me the choice of what to fix and the cost of all of it and let me make the choice.
