I had Precision Garage Door out recently to replace a broken spring and the bearings on my garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jake was my technician, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what had failed, what needed to be repaired, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. The repair was completed efficiently, the workmanship was excellent, and my garage door now operates better than it has in years. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers with honesty and respect. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and if you’re fortunate enough to have Jake as your technician, you’ll be in great hands.

The install team was professional and efficient. I was impressed how quick the change out of the old door and install of the new door happened. You could tell the lead person (Thom) has a ton of expertise and experience with garage doors. My only concern wasn't with the installers but I noticed the hardware of the Marr door was a lighter gauge than what was removed.

If I could add a plus to those stars I would. When my garage door wouldn't open all the way, I thought about asking a friend to check it. Something just guided me to look for a professional. I found a site that would contact me in 24 hrs. In the meantime, my car is stuck in the garage. Then I found Precision! Thank goodness! The website was impressive, I was able to chat with them, and they could send someone out TODAY!!! They sent Trevor. He was so professional, immediately explained everything to me and assured me he could fix it today! He took less than an hour, did more than was necessary (changed bulbs for me) and had my door working beautifully again. He explained that the screws that were placed in the Lifter?? were too small and that the door could have fallen because the screws were coming out of the wood! Imagine what that would have cost when the door fell on my car and my side by side! Thank you Trevor and thank you Precision! I hope I have the opportunity to recommend you to my friends!

Precision sent out Scott the same day as my call. He spent four hours basically refurbing our door…springs, cables, bearings, rollers, a couple of hinges, a strake and adjustments to the door and opener. Now as good as new. Outstanding work by a super guy…knowledgable and polite. Thanks, Scott!

I had an issue with my garage door the day prior which all of a sudden works l made a loud noise and then would only open a foot. I attempted to tighten the cords that appeared to be lose and that still didn't resolve the problem. I messaged Precision that day and they sent someone the next day. Anthony was very helpful notified me that the spring has snapped. After inspection, he also noticed some other issues with whoever originally installed the door. He explained my options and performed the work within a couple hours. Door works great and is much quieter now. Thanks!

I called this morning spoke to the clerk, she checked her calendar and found an open slop I took it. She gave me the time and it was great. Mr. Scott called and said he was running a little late and he would be on. He got here and with in minutes he found the problem. After checking things out he gave the quote and we agree on what to do. That was to replace it. Mr. Scott said it might take about an hour and that was find. He was very knowledgeable about his work. Mr. Scott explain the paper work and sent it to my email address. He clean up the trash and sweep. Scott is a great worker and a very friendly guy. I really appreciate your service.
