They did not force me take a packed deal for a complete door and mechanism inspection which I did not need. The operation of the door was fine, all I needed was a gasket for the bottom of the door. They were agreeable to only replacing the gasket without servicing the mechanics of the door which was required by other repairers. They were here in a timely manner, replaced the gasket quickly, acted in a professional manner and were friendly. Thanks

Had a stuck garage door with the chain off the motor sprockets and many other issues. Scott came out same day and was able to rebuild parts of the system. The house and garage door are only 13 months old but now it works better than ever. I can’t say enough good things about Scott and his work.

Called company due to broken springs, they did respond in a very timely manor and the technician was very friendy and knowlegeable and completed work in a timely fashion What I do have a problem with is the cost, springs were $330 per spring which upon research is a bit high but not out of the ball park The replacement rollers, cables etc is another story, first I am not sure why he replaced and the prices based on my comparison of other on line parts (example Home Depot sells a pack of 2 rollers for less than 10 bucks, your charge $ 33.00 per roller, now I do understand there are safety checks and the argument these are "high quality rollers" but a bit to much mark up, and I am not even going to mention the torsion cable cost. To note I take full responsibility for not fully understanding the cost, $1700 lesson learned On a final note again the work was done professionally and the door is in good working order so I am pleased with the actual work.

Scott, the tech who came out, was prompt and friendly. He looked at the problem and identified a solution without trying to pressure sell me on addons first. Work was done quickly and everything explained to me, with other items noted and estimates given should I choose to have them done in the future. I’ll likely go with Precision again and recommend them because of Scott’s attitude and professionalism.

Derek H replaced our old Liftmaster garage door opener that got fried by a recent electrical storm. He had a Nice brand opener on his truck that was a perfect replacement. He thoroughly checked out the old unit before replacing it to make sure there wasn't some other electrical issue with our garage electrical circuit, GFI or main electrical panel circuit breaker. He worked very efficiently and had all the right tools for the changeout. Derek was friendly, professional and did not pressure me into making a decision I was not comfortable with. I called this morning spoke to the clerk, she checked her calendar and found an open slop I took it. She gave me the time and it was great. Mr. Scott called and said he was running a little late and he would be on. He got here and with in minutes he found the problem. After checking things out he gave the quote and we agree on what to do. That was to replace it. Mr. Scott said it might take about an hour and that was find. He was very knowledgeable about his work. Mr. Scott explain the paper work and sent it to my email address. He clean up the trash and sweep. Scott is a great worker and a very friendly guy. I really appreciate your service.
