The spring on my garage door broke Friday evening. I thought I was stuck for the weekend, as it was Easter weekend. I called Precision Saturday morning, and Scott was at my house an hour later. He was very professional and explained everything that needed to be repaired. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind. Frankly, I was surprised that someone answered the phone on Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. Don’t call anyone else when you need garage door repair.

The service tech service was good. We made the mistake of not getting a second opinion, so we have no idea if the bill was high or low-$3,000. However, he had all of the part on his truck and finished in good time. He did leave marks on the garage floor that were difficult to remove. He accepted that he had made the marks but made no effort to help clean them. Honestly, not sure how to rate the service.

Our door opener quit working, called Precision and an appointment was set up immediately for the next day. Doug called the next day with the time. While it could be repaired we already decided to replace everything. We thought we'd be getting just an estimate that day. To our surprise Doug had everything stocked in his van and did the replacement of opener, chain and spring assembly. This is the way a company and their employees should be run, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable & prepared for their customers need. We were more than overly impressed how a company goes over and beyond
