My garage door was recently and severely damaged after a recent windsheer. I called Precision Sunday morning just hoping to get someone there on the next week. By that very afternoon the door was repaired, all new components,track remotes and opener. I was amazed. The technician was very skilled and professional. This is not the first time I've used Precision and they will be my first call should I need service again.. A top notch company who provides great service to their customers.

Our technician, Chris, was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very thorough in his work. He explained all options to us before starting, and explained all services performed when the job was completed. He explained the breakdown of charges, and offered insights regarding the future life of the door. This is the second time I have used this company, and have no problem saying they are by far the best in the business. If you have any needs related to your garage door, this is definitely the company to contact.

After some sticker shock regarding the cost to repair my garage door I was able to discuss & review more clearly the extent of repairs/replacement of door parts with the repair person servicing my garage door. The itemized repair costs was important to a clearer understanding. I actually ended up repairing both doors.

Precision was great to work with from arranging an appointment, being notified that my service person was on the way, and working with JP (Jean-Paul) to decide what services I needed. He was knowledgeable, explained things well, answered my questions, was on time, professional, competent, and most importantly, kind to my dog! I’m very satisfied with the completed work. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

The guys showed up on time. Did a great job explaining what was wrong with the garage door and what my options were. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I was very pleased with my experience with Precision Door Service. Scott was so professional and courteous. He was helpful in explaining the cost to repair my door. When I called to get someone to come out, I got a quick response. Scott got my problem resolved and when he left he made sure the garage floor was cleaned up. My expectations were beyond and above. Scott is the best.

Yesterday evening, my garage door broke the springs that assist the opener. Since Precision Door had installed this door many years ago, I went to their website last night and scheduled a service call. I simply clicked on the Dalton area tab and picked a time. To confirm, I called their office early this morning and to my surprise, the appointment had been booked online, and the technician was on the way. The online system really works. Anthony from Precision arrived, assessed the situation and got to work. In a short period of time he had the springs replaced, new cables installed, and a general door tune-up completed. Anthony was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He adjusted everything perfectly. The door operation is so much quieter now that it has been serviced and properly adjusted. Another pleasant surprise: Since I had originally purchased the door from Precision, my service was covered under warranty. I had not even considered this but is a very compelling reason to purchase your door from Precision. I would highly recommend buying your next door or door service from these guys.
