Our door opener quit working, called Precision and an appointment was set up immediately for the next day. Doug called the next day with the time. While it could be repaired we already decided to replace everything. We thought we'd be getting just an estimate that day. To our surprise Doug had everything stocked in his van and did the replacement of opener, chain and spring assembly. This is the way a company and their employees should be run, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable & prepared for their customers need. We were more than overly impressed how a company goes over and beyond

We had a torsion spring break on Monday afternoon, I immediately called Precision Door and had an appointment for the next morning. Scott came out and assessed the doors moving parts and recommended a full upgrade because of the age of the door. Scott gave us several options on the repair and was not being pushy or rude. We went with full upgrade and Scott said he would have the work done in about an hour and a half. Less than an hour later he was done plus he lubricated two other doors for me. Scott was kind, courteous, understanding of our situation and a delight to be around. I appreciated the email with Scott’s picture with the arrival time, the phone call, and text messages confirming everything was being handled appropriately. Top notch service !
