From the time that I made the call to schedule a repair for my garage door ( the lady that I spoke to was very courteous and helpful ) to the service tech ( Tony Parson ) service, I am extremely pleased. The main spring broke on the garage door making it not operatable. Tony arrived even before the arrival time window and had all the parts necessary to replace the broken spring. Also, he made me aware of some other items that were showing wear that should be replaced. All moving parts were inspected and corrected where necessary. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in the Chattanooga area. Point of interest.....the previous company that installed the door when the home was new 6 years ago, and I used for maintenance during my ownership of 2 years, did not notice the issues that Tony did.
