Called company due to broken springs, they did respond in a very timely manor and the technician was very friendy and knowlegeable and completed work in a timely fashion What I do have a problem with is the cost, springs were $330 per spring which upon research is a bit high but not out of the ball park The replacement rollers, cables etc is another story, first I am not sure why he replaced and the prices based on my comparison of other on line parts (example Home Depot sells a pack of 2 rollers for less than 10 bucks, your charge $ 33.00 per roller, now I do understand there are safety checks and the argument these are "high quality rollers" but a bit to much mark up, and I am not even going to mention the torsion cable cost. To note I take full responsibility for not fully understanding the cost, $1700 lesson learned On a final note again the work was done professionally and the door is in good working order so I am pleased with the actual work.

Observed the problem, recommended replacement of both door openers.He immediately went to work and replaced them in about 3-4 hours. After replacing them he explained in detail all about the operation of the new openers. We were very pleased with the work. The price was like everything else today, too too much. Our door opener quit working, called Precision and an appointment was set up immediately for the next day. Doug called the next day with the time. While it could be repaired we already decided to replace everything. We thought we'd be getting just an estimate that day. To our surprise Doug had everything stocked in his van and did the replacement of opener, chain and spring assembly. This is the way a company and their employees should be run, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable & prepared for their customers need. Both my experiences with Precision have been excellent and beyond expectations. Scheduling is easy and appointments are made at my convenience and as soon as the same day and rates were very reasonable especially considering the level of service. For this appointment, the technician, Tom, called when on his way and updated me when running only slightly behind. He was so courteous and had a great sense of humor about my situation in general and all of my many questions and was even kind to my little dog. The service was done quickly, and he let me know exactly what the issue was and how to best avoid problems in the future. I will definitely continue to request services from Precision and expect that when I need my next garage door and/or door opener, I will purchase from Precision. I made an appointment online because of an issue with one of our garage doors. Tony came out the next day and after trying to get the door to work correctly, it was decided that we should replace the mechanisms for both doors as there was no way to ensure that the problem we were having would not Happen again or persist. Also the mechanism that had been used was not considered the safest. Tony fixed everything the same day and it’s working so much better. Tony was very professional and friendly and explained what was going to be done. Would definitely recommend Precision.

We had a great experience today! They were able to schedule a technician to come out the same day, which was such a relief. Tony was our technician, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He took his time explaining everything clearly and made sure we understood all of our options. He was also incredibly kind and patient with our toddler, which we appreciated more than he knows! On top of the excellent service, they offer a military and first responders discount, which is a wonderful gesture. The repair cost is not cheap, but there were a few options to choose from. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received!
