Tony was awesome he was very patient explaining what I needed for what I could spend. Tony was very complimentary of his boss and fellow employees. ( that's a plus these days) he made the job go very smoothly and quickly. I was very comfortable and confident with his knowledge. Everyone I have encountered at Precision has been eager to help and listen so they can get what I needed and could pay for . Thank you so much ! I will definitely call Precision and tell anyone they are GREAT !

The representative showed up on time and was very professional. He had to reprogram our garage door and check the alignment. Worked perfectly afterwards. If you’re in need of any work on your garage door, I would most definitely recommend Precision Garage Door.

Expected to repair or replace door spring for $300 to $400. Instead a complete replacement of door opening mechanism was installed at a cost of $1500. Was told by installer that they did not repair or replace the type of spring that operated my door. I find that hard to believe. That can be called an upsell or a ripoff.

Called Precision yesterday and the came out today. The installer, called ahead and was running early and checked to see if I was available, which I was. He arrived, took a look at my 25 year old door opener and diagnosed the issues. He installed a new opener, repaired some door issues and even setup my HomeLink in the car. He was great and informed me of everything he was doing throughout the install. I highly recommend Tony and Precision Garage Doors of Chattanooga.

Called company due to broken springs, they did respond in a very timely manor and the technician was very friendy and knowlegeable and completed work in a timely fashion What I do have a problem with is the cost, springs were $330 per spring which upon research is a bit high but not out of the ball park The replacement rollers, cables etc is another story, first I am not sure why he replaced and the prices based on my comparison of other on line parts (example Home Depot sells a pack of 2 rollers for less than 10 bucks, your charge $ 33.00 per roller, now I do understand there are safety checks and the argument these are "high quality rollers" but a bit to much mark up, and I am not even going to mention the torsion cable cost. To note I take full responsibility for not fully understanding the cost, $1700 lesson learned On a final note again the work was done professionally and the door is in good working order so I am pleased with the actual work.

Observed the problem, recommended replacement of both door openers. He immediately went to work and replaced them in about 3-4 hours. After replacing them he explained in detail all about the operation of the new openers. We were very pleased with the work. The price was like everything else today, too too much. We recommend that you give your installer a raise in salary for his excellent work Thank you so much, Jim and Bonnie Lilley

We have used Precision Door for many years. First when we lived in Cleveland TN, and most recently when we moved to La Fayette GA. They do great work and I would highly recommend them. They have replaced both a garage door and garage door openers.

Used Precision before and they were exceptional as they were this time. They were prompt, did the work specified and went above what was expected. The completed work was completed in a timely manner and was cleaned better than it was found. Tony did an awesome job, and I will recommend Precision and Tony on any Garage door work. Thank you.

Our door opener quit working, called Precision and an appointment was set up immediately for the next day. Doug called the next day with the time. While it could be repaired we already decided to replace everything. We thought we'd be getting just an estimate that day. To our surprise Doug had everything stocked in his van and did the replacement of opener, chain and spring assembly. This is the way a company and their employees should be run, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable & prepared for their customers need. We were more than overly impressed how a company goes over and beyond

Both my experiences with Precision have been excellent and beyond expectations. Scheduling is easy and appointments are made at my convenience and as soon as the same day and rates were very reasonable especially considering the level of service. For this appointment, the technician, Tom, called when on his way and updated me when running only slightly behind. He was so courteous and had a great sense of humor about my situation in general and all of my many questions and was even kind to my little dog. The service was done quickly, and he let me know exactly what the issue was and how to best avoid problems in the future. I will definitely continue to request services from Precision and expect that when I need my next garage door and/or door opener, I will purchase from Precision. A great experience overall and will definitely recommend. Many thanks!!

Tony did an excellent job fixing our door. He was thorough, thoughtful & really knew his business. Precision Door has our door running smoother & quieter than when it was new. We will never use any other door company & will recommend them to all our relatives & friends. Thank you Precision Door Company, Gary & Glenda Woody
