Anthony showed up on time and did an amazing job. My old opener was so noisy and I thought it was going to fly off the rails and land in the driveway. Anthony checked everything over and recommended a new opener. I wanted the Genie, he didn’t have one on his truck. He made a phone call, meet up with another installer and got the Genie I wanted. Installation was fast and then he answered all my questions and programed my car remote. Very pleasant person.

We had the nicest guy named Tyson fix our garage door. He was very friendly and Tyson was very friendly and went right to work on replacing a spring on our garage door. He was very professional explaining to my husband what was wrong and how he fixed it. I would recommend him to anyone who needed their door fixed. He was one of the nicest guys ever to work for us.

I called around noon to see if someone could come give an estimate on new garage doors and an opener. Ben was here by 1:00 and was finished with the whole process in about 15 minutes. He was very informative, answered my questions about our particular situation and offered suggestions I hadn’t considered. Our doors should be here in 2-4 weeks so I’m looking forward to their installation. Very prompt and courteous.

As promised, the technician called 30-minutes before he was to arrive. In fact, his arrival time was now prior to our scheduled appointment. The tech wasted no time analyzing the problem and had the proper correction installed and completed within 45-minutes. The tech was courteous, professional and listened intently as I explained my problem. If I ever have another problem with my garage door, I will certainly make Precision my first call.

I first saw your advertisement in The Mint Magazine, so when the problem occurred with my garage door I called my daughter-in-law to see if she knew anyone who owned or worked for a garage door repair company, she said a friend of hers had some problems, she called her and guess what, it was your company that repaired it she gave your company a good reference. I could not be more pleased with the two young men who came to my house and fixed mine, Robert explained everything in detail and always asked if I had any questions.

We have had wonderful service from Robert on the two occasions we have had to use you! The first was a spring repair and he had it fixed quick!! A week later He came back out for a sensor that had been knocked loose (on our error). He was very informative and showed me what to do if that happened again. He did not charge us another fee.
