We have had wonderful service from Robert on the two occasions we have had to use you! The first was a spring repair and he had it fixed quick!! A week later He came back out for a sensor that had been knocked loose (on our error). He was very informative and showed me what to do if that happened again. He did not charge us another fee. Great customer service and we will use you again in the future!!

I could not be more pleased with your company and the guy (Joe) who did the work. Joe came out, diagnosed the problem then presented me with all the options. I chose the replacement and I can't believe how quite it is. Joe then showed me everything I needed to know about my new opener. Well pleased with Joe T., he arrived on time, very professional and pleasant to talk to. He took the garage door apart, showed me the damaged parts, repaired the door and was on his way in a reasonable time. I am very pleased with his performance...I give him a 5 star rating!

We came home one day and our garage door wouldn't open. One of the cables had broken. I Googled "Garage door repair in Chattanooga" and Precision was the first on the list. After seeing the professionalism of the website, and reading reviews, I called them. They had a tech at my house THAT EVENING. The tech, Ben, explained what had happened and had our door fixed within about an hour. I definitely recommend Precision!
