I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs garage door repairs. I had a torsion spring break on my garage door, called Precision around 5:00 PM on a Friday and they had a technician at my house at 9:00 the next morning. Tony the technician explained to me there were way more issues than just a broken spring on the 50 year old wooden garage door. He replaced all the worn out parts and the door works great now!

Precision Door Service of Chattanooga installed a garage door opener we had purchased from Lowes. The installer was professional, friendly, quick and offered helpful tips. I totally recommend them and was 100% satisfied with their service. (Note: We had thought about going with another company but decided on Precision after we never received a call back from the other company and had to continue calling them for information.) I called them at 8:00 AM and my garage door was repaired and fully functioning before 11:00. Joe and Tommy were highly knowledgeable and completely professional. I'll use precision door again and I recommend them without hesitation!

Joe was very professional and very knowledgable about the products. he was prompt and made the repairs very quickly.he informed us about other issues with the door, but never pushed me to do the repairs. I took his advise with the suggestions that he made and the door works more easily and more quite. Joe had a trainee with him that was very competent as well. I called Precision and that same day had a technician to my house with in a couple of hours. I will recommend Precision to anyone.

Easy to make appointments and arrive on time. They did a great job and when I later needed a spring adjustment due to my extremely heavy door they came out the same day and changed it out to a larger spring at no cost. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
