I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone that needs garage door repairs. I had a torsion spring break on my garage door, called Precision around 5:00 PM on a Friday and they had a technician at my house at 9:00 the next morning. Tony the technician explained to me there were way more issues than just a broken spring on the 50 year old wooden garage door. He replaced all the worn out parts and the door works great now!

Joe was very professional and very knowledgable about the products. he was prompt and made the repairs very quickly.he informed us about other issues with the door, but never pushed me to do the repairs. I took his advise with the suggestions that he made and the door works more easily and more quite. Joe had a trainee with him that was very competent as well.
