I realized my garage door opener wasn't working about 10:30 in the morning. I called Precision because they were well rated, and had made an appointment for that day between 3-5 by 11:00. The technician, Jerry, arrived about 2:50, diagnosed the problem, gave me my options, and then completed the work and cleaned up everything before 4:00.

Joe was very professional and helpful. He showed me where the issues were and gave three options for repair and costs. While the cost made me gulp a bit (I did choose the overhaul option), I am confident in the repairs he made and the quality of the materials used. He also gave me some pointers on maintaining a smooth running door. I also appreciate having the warranty.

We had previously used a garage door repair person, but I had been trying to get him to come fix our door for weeks, and he just didn't answer his messages or come when he said he would. I finally gave up and looked online, saw Precision, and called. To my astonishment a tech came out the same afternoon and fixed our door! No more waiting weeks for unreturned calls!

The salesman & installation guys were very professional. They were actually able to come earlier than our appointment was scheduled, so they were able to finish the job earlier than expected. They took the old garage door & helped me move my stuff back into place. Price was very reasonable & actually cheaper than other companies. I highly recommend this company.

My technician, Connor, was a very nice and professional guy. He fixed the problem in no time, and recommended repairs for down the road. I was very impressed, and now the door closes with no problem.
