Precision sent out Scott the same day as my call. He spent four hours basically refurbing our door…springs, cables, bearings, rollers, a couple of hinges, a strake and adjustments to the door and opener. Now as good as new. Outstanding work by a super guy…knowledgable and polite. Thanks, Scott!

I can't say enough good things about Preston. He was courteous, explained what he was doing and why. Demonstrated the door being out of balance and deficiencies in the door rollers. Fixed the issue caused by a curious chipmunk. I would appreciate if you would send me a replacement invoice which broke out the labor costs from the parts costs.

Quoted $250-350 on phone. Tried to upsale to $1600. Said bearings were bad, I checked old ones once off and seemed fine. Paid $1000. Had to have 2 springs (not even sure if that was true).

We had a great experience today! They were able to schedule a technician to come out the same day, which was such a relief. Tony was our technician, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He took his time explaining everything clearly and made sure we understood all of our options. He was also incredibly kind and patient with our toddler, which we appreciated more than he knows! On top of the excellent service, they offer a military and first responders discount, which is a wonderful gesture. The repair cost is not cheap, but there were a few options to choose from. Overall, I was pleased with the service I received!

We had a garage door in Huntsville serviced by another franchise of Precision. The company manages to hire true professionals. Today, we had to have the spring, rollers, and cable replaced on our door. Tony P. knew exactly what we needed on the door that was already here when we moved in 5 years ago. And he even leveled our uneven door while he was at it. He also didn't try to upsell us the motor - after doing an inspection he said there was no reason to do it at this time. To top it all off, he showed up within an hour of our initial contact and finish the whole job within two hours. Couldn't ask for better service.
