Anthony did a GREAT JOB for us correcting an Off Track garage door, balancing everything and replacing many bent parts and tracking and setting up all the closing pressures and getting everything well on track again. Due to a broken door spring, we contacted Precision whom we had used about ten years prior for repair. We were very pleased with them then. Hunter Adams was our technician, he arrived precisely on the appointment time. He introduced himself to me and I pointed out the broken spring. He then explained everything he was going to do beginning with his inspection. After inspection he showed me the significant wear on the rollers, drums and cables which was very evident once he pointed it out to me. He recommended a replacement of these. He worked up a price, including a senior/veteran discount and we agreed on the price. He began his work and was very efficient and had it completed in good time. Hunter was very friendly, professional and good at his job. I recommend him and Precision highly.

We had a spring break on our door. I called for an appointment and they showed up 1 hr later. Not only did we have a broken spring but other problems were uncovered. Repairs were done immediately and we were operable again. Fantastic service.

A few months ago, I had an issue with the opener of my garage door. The technician arrived on-time and found a simple solution to my problem. While he was here, I inquired about lubrication which brought on further discussion about springs etc. In the end I approved new springs and roller hardware, in addition to the lubrication. Two days ago, my door lowered into the back of my truck where it wedged. This caused the door to become inoperable. The technician arrived today and advised that my opener motor was "dead". After some discussion I decided to proceed with a new Genie opener. I'm very happy with the opener and the technician's ability to discussed details of operation and maintenance. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.
