Dio arrived before his appointment was scheduled and worked on my door fast and did excellent work. He pointed out problems that may arrise later and suggested a repair kit. Garage door repair: called in morning to place service call, technician out same afternoon. Appt. Was made for 2-4 pm, he actually arrived shortly after one. Problem was immediately identified and parts replaced. The technician, Jerry, was polite, courteous & very knowledgeable. Precision is very dependable and the only company we use for our garage door needs.

This is how business is supposed to be done!!! From the people on the phone to the Tech who performed the repairs, excellent service!! The person on the phone listened to me attentively and answered all my questions. I called around 11 am and the repair was scheduled the same day. The Technician explained the items in need of repair and gave recommendations without the sales pitch!!! The repairs were made very quickly and with quality. The payment process was done on the spot with a debit cared, very convenient!! The Tech then explained my garage door system, how it worked and some more recommendations. There is no doubt that we will be calling Precision for our garage door needs in the future!!!

Absolutely Incredible Service!!! First of all, the scheduling dispatcher was prepared to have someone come out same day. Our schedule wouldn't allow for that but we did schedule a tech (Jerry) to come two days later. I had tried to tackle this on my own, but my knowledge of how much torsion spring was appropriate for my garage door. Jerry had all that in his head. He sized up the door, evaluated the parts I had already purchased and pointed out how my purchased parts were not to be relied upon (foreign manufacture). Jerry was incredibly fast and still had time to educate me about the physics of door operation. He also revealed how the pulleys and cables weren't long for this world. I'm not a "push-over" when it comes selling needless parts. Jerry had all the right answers and the best attitude toward doing right by us. The peace of mind of knowing our home is protected and the work is guaranteed by such professional workmanship, is "currency" not easily redeemed in other marketplaces. Kudos!!! Your services are highly recommended from this satisfied customer.

The installation was fast. We did however, have to wait a week longer than we were supposed to for the seal on top of the larger garage door. Also, I am sure I told Jerry to keep the keyless entry to the large door. We had only had it for about 6 mo. and my husband paid 100.00 for it. He was disappointed when we could not find it. We do love the quietness of the new openers.

Professional employee. My son came and said they still make metal door rollers for the garage door. He said I should of kept the door rollers. Was told my bill will be in the mail. Need for records for this home. Work done fast. I wish my son was here when the work was done. Then he could of told me if it was needed. I hope the parts do last a long time. I am on social security. Very low income. $540.00 a month. I am learning to have a person with me for help.

Joe quoted $465.00 for replacement of a torque master bar from Wayne Dalton. I responded that was way out of what we had expected and we would wait. He said his call bill would be $65.00 and I told him that was high for 20 min. He said he had to drive over (we live 8 min. from bus). He was courteous an I paid him. McSpadden replaced the bar a few hours later for $229 total labor and parts. Your prices are out of line
