our technician was Joe and we give him 20 stars.... Cloan him and your company will continue to be the BEST IN THE AREA. Joe gave us 3 options, and explained them thoroughly and answered all of our questions. we replaced the rollers and the overhead garage door with a 1/2 HP to replace the 1/3 HP that was in place and that resolved our problems. Joe was a delight to meet and work with. we will highly recommend your company to anyone needing your service. this is our second experience with your company and both were excellent experiences.

Jerry Berry was very professional. New how to do the job quickly and correctly. He gave a number of options< I selected the one I wanted. Jerry then installed new springs, rollers, cables, Drums and adjusted the chain to my opener. He did a great job. Irate him as a 5 Star repairman. THANKS for ths Help!!!!!

*****Installed a new garage door. The team came from Knoxville. They called ahead of time to inform of arrival time. Very professional. Performed the install in less than 1 1/2 hours. Would recommend your company to my friends and you could not go wrong by cloning the team that did our install.

Ben Wilbur was our service person. He called in advance of the apt to give arrival time. He was very through and explained the current problem and resolved it. He showed us the ware on the existing door installed in 1999. After his inspection and recommendation, we decided to go ahead and order a new door. He is an excellent representative of your company. He was well spoken, mannerly and a true gentleman.

I found out that I had more issues than a broken torsion spring and why my old spring lasted only 4+ years. Jerry was very knowledge and explained everything in laymen terms. I ended up replacing more than just the spring but my 20 year old door is now practically brand new and will not have to worry about future repairs for a long time. The price was reasonable and I am very satisfied with the work done by Precision...Thanks!
