When our garage door would not close on Friday night, we feared the worst, that is, no service until Tuesday following Labor Day. Searching the web, I was attracted by the 24/7 phone service & open until 9;00 pm. I called & was happy to have a service date set for Saturday morning. The repairman arrived on time, diagnosed the problem & installed a new door opener in 2 hours. We are very happy with the service and our smooth-operating garage door. I recommend Precision Door to anyone who has a problem with your garage door.

Excellent work! Showed up on the early side of the scheduled time, worked quickly and efficiently. Did not leave a mess behind. I was a little surprised by the cost to overhaul the door BUT was very impressed with how it worked afterwards. As an attestation to the honesty of our serviceman, Jerry, he said that our other garage door was working fine and did NOT need repair. Would highly recommend them.

fast friendly, dependable, price was very reasonable, the repairman was clean. came prepared with all the right parts a tools and, the company truck was very clean and well marked for advertisement. they did the repair at the same price they quoted me over the phone, no hidden cost or fees with these folks. you can tell that they are probably the only company in this part of the country who still believes in "truth in advertising". The office staff were extremely hospitable. bottom line? The measure twice and cut once"! will use them again when my door fails again,

Had been having problems with doors opening and closing -- sometimes would work and other times wouldn't. Joe checked everything and made his recommendation: either order a new circuit board or replace and update. After showing pricing, it was a slam dunk. Joe installed a new opener with key pad and new remotes. Everything is now updated with a lifetime warranty. He explained everything and how it worked in detail. He was so cordial and didn't try to push anything. If we have problems with our door again, Precision Door will get the first call. Couldn't have been happier with the service and outcome. I found out that I had more issues than a broken torsion spring and why my old spring lasted only 4+ years. Jerry was very knowledge and explained everything in laymen terms. I ended up replacing more than just the spring but my 20 year old door is now practically brand new and will not have to worry about future repairs for a long time. our technician was Joe and we give him 20 stars.... Cloan him and your company will continue to be the BEST IN THE AREA. Joe gave us 3 options, and explained them thoroughly and answered all of our questions. we replaced the rollers and the overhead garage door with a 1/2 HP to replace the 1/3 HP that was in place and that resolved our problems. Joe was a delight to meet and work with. we will highly recommend your company to anyone needing your service. this is our second experience with your company and both were excellent experiences.
