In 2014 we had to have the door controller replaced, I did not know who to call and found Precision Door in Chattanooga, TN The company reps from the time the phone was answered until the tech left were fantastic to deal with. The tech advised us on his findings and what was needed. We went with a belt driver controller and replaced the rollers with the newest on the market. The door can hardly be heard now when raising and closing it. We have never swayed away to another company and always call Precision. They are all courteous, on time with a very fast time to arrive and knowledgeable in their industry. Their services are impeccable. Thanks to all at Precision Door Service for a fantastic job. I am very pleased with Precision, I called them at lunch time and they sent a technician to my house by three o’clock the same day. Our garage door needed a new spring system and Tyson the technician did a very good job, he knew exactly what was wrong with our door and repaired it quickly and cleaned everything. I highly recommend Tyson he was very friendly and knowledgeable of his profession.

I am not happy with the service I received on friday. I thought the tec was more of sales person than a tec to repair my problem? When I returned home , I was looking for the 2 springs he replaced and did not see them. There was nothing wrong with the springs and he advised those springs were wrong but not defective, so I would appreciate returning them as may need in the future? Next I had a 15% coupon and the tec said he could not apply and told me to call the office and ask for Scott or Thomas which I did do and the lady(Haley) who answered the phone after being on hold for about 15 min and by the way the same today, took my name and number and I have not heard back and I called again today and got told someone would return my call asap. Guys I do not have time to chase people . I need someone to call so we can adjust my bill as I think I was sold something I may not have needed? If you have a not satisfied customer, need someone to call? Thanks Larry
