I was having issues with two of the three garage doors. The technician was prompt and efficient. He was able to repair both doors and provided new openers for all three doors and programmed them for me. We have used Precision several times before and we have always been pleased with the service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door company.

Have used Precision Door several times now. Always on time, courteous, professional and friendly. We have found their advise very helpful. Will definitely call for all our garage door needs. This visit they replaced the hinges, one broken, one failing, and replaces all with heavy duty hinges.

Our door stopped working late Sunday night. I was able to book and appointment online for the next day. I then needed to change the time of the appointment and I got a live person at nearly 10 pm on a Sunday. I then got confirmation of appointment right away. They also sent pictures of their tech ahead of time, so you know what the person would look like that came to our home.. We have used them several times over years and they are exceptional! Al Henry

Precision is definitely a name you can trust! Aaron came out and installed a new garage door opener for me. He was nice and courteous. Before I knew it he had it up and running. He made sure everything was operational, all the remotes and he linked my car to open the garage door. I have always had a GREAT experience with Precision. Highly recommend!

I called today for a service on my garage door. It needed a bottom seal for the door. Within two hours Tyson came and fix the problem in a short time!! I spoke with Sierra to make an appt, she was had a tech call and was at my house within the hour! I was fully expecting to need to wait a week. Tony arrived, went over my options. He got the job done in a few hours (cable had snapped). He even showed me how to do maintenance. He is great to work with!

We purchased our home a year and a half ago. In that time, we had Preston replace an opener and a spring. We decided to replace both single garage doors. On Thursday, March 7, 2024. They are going to install Monday, March 11, 2024. That is crazy good. So happy with all the work they have done. Five stars.

A soring broke on my garage door and I scheduled an online appt for 0900 to 1100 window the following day. At 0840 the morning of my appointment, Jon called and said he was 40 minutes. He was a true professional, puntuall and did a complete assessment of my door, springs and overall function and made recommended replacement. Within an hour. I had an overhauled quiet functioning garage door again. Really impressed with Jon and Precision door. Highly recommend.

My wife accidently backed into the garage door before it was completely up. In doing so, one of the rollers was knocked off the track. I thought I could repair it but was unable to remove one of the screws that held the roller to the door. I called Precision, since I had used them before and was very satisfied with their customer service. They sent Anthony, their tech to fix the problem. It took him less than 5 minutes to repair the roller to the track and told me why I couldn't get the last screw out and that it would have been terrible for it to come out because the bracket was holding the cable that raises and lowers the door. Anthony was very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I would gladly recommend Precision to anyone who needs excellent quality in the product and outstanding customer service.

Called Precision at 2:30 and Jon arrived at 4:30. He was polite, respectful and very professional. He examine our door and determined we needed a major overhaul. He showed us the difference between what we had and the better option. Once the work was completed, he went over required maintenance to keep our door in tiptop shape. Great service was provided.

We are extremely satisfied with the Precision Door Service. We noticed our garage door wouldn’t open due to the broken TORSION SPRINGS. Gave them a call; they immediately sent technicians who replaced all the broken parts and fixed the issue in just about thirty minutes. Very professional, amicable and diligent technicians. I wanted to give a shout out and 5 star review (I would give 10 stars if possible!) to an awesome company...Precision! This company is TOP NOTCH, and I appreciate their quick response time, their attentiveness to every situation, their honesty, their loyalty, and the integrity that they display in all that they do! I had a garage door issue a couple of weeks ago, and not only did Precision show up quickly, but it turned out that my garage 'issue' was an operator error. (The sensor had come loose off the track.) The representative, John, was not only understanding, and extremely gracious when he 'recognized the issue', but he accepted my 'operator error apology' and never charged me a penny for the service call, and for something that turned out to be a mistake of my own doing - not theirs! Wow! I cannot speak highly enough about this company! Thank you, Precision, for ALL you do, and for being a gracious and honest company to call upon! You are a life-saver!!
