I wish there were more than 5 stars to rate this company and service. From the time that I made the call to schedule a repair for my garage door ( the lady that I spoke to was very courteous and helpful ) to the service tech ( Tony Parson ) service, I am extremely pleased. The main spring broke on the garage door making it not operatable. Tony arrived even before the arrival time window and had all the parts necessary to replace the broken spring. Also, he made me aware of some other items that were showing wear that should be replaced. All moving parts were inspected and corrected where necessary. I recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in the Chattanooga area. Point of interest.....the previous company that installed the door when the home was new 6 years ago, and I used for maintenance during my ownership of 2 years, did not notice the issues that Tony did. He was knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. Thank you Precision Garage Door Service !!!

This is the 2nd time I have used Precision Door. Both times have been fantastic. My technician Anthony Storino explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. The tech that came out to replace the seal on the bottom of the door did a good job after he called back up. At first He told me he could not replace the rubber seal he would have to order one. After calling someone he got a seal off of his truck that worked. I was charged $15 dollars more than my neighbor who had the same garage door except it was a two car garage and mine was a single car garage. When I asked about it the pricing seemed to be up to the tech who could not explain why a smaller door was more expensive. Not sure he was very experienced with the job.

I was having issues with two of the three garage doors. The technician was prompt and efficient. He was able to repair both doors and provided new openers for all three doors and programmed them for me. We have used Precision several times before and we have always been pleased with the service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a garage door company.

Our door stopped working late Sunday night. I was able to book and appointment online for the next day. I then needed to change the time of the appointment and I got a live person at nearly 10 pm on a Sunday. I then got confirmation of appointment right away. Precision is definitely a name you can trust! Aaron came out and installed a new garage door opener for me. He was nice and courteous. Before I knew it he had it up and running. He made sure everything was operational, all the remotes and he linked my car to open the garage door. I have always had a GREAT experience with Precision. Highly recommend!
