I chose Precision Garage Service because I had used them before and had been happy with the service that I got at that time. I called for an appointment on Tuesday between a 2 hour window of 1:00 and 3:00. The technician, Tony Parson, was here at the top of that 2 hour window. Tony was very polite and after telling him what was wrong with the door and what I had done to fix the problem, he was very knowledgeable of what needed to be accomplished. Tony had to replace 7 items with the garage door from rollers to springs. It took him about an hour to repair the door. I'm very pleased with the work that was done within the time frame given.

I would never waste a call to anyone else except Precision Garage Doors. My garage door came off the rails preventing my wife from leaving the house for her manicure at 1:00. I scheduled the appointment for the morning of her manicure, and Hunter was there at 9:00, fixed the door for a reasonable price, and my wife could make her manicure! Happy Wife! Happy Life!
