My garage door was not opening or closing properly. Your service tech Peyton was very knowledgeable and polite and efficient. After installing a new opener and various other parts the door now works perfectly and is much more quiet than before the repair work. (PS: please Email me a detailed receipt and copy of the warranty for all the work done.)

I chose Precision Garage Service because I had used them before and had been happy with the service that I got at that time. I called for an appointment on Tuesday between a 2 hour window of 1:00 and 3:00. The technician, Tony Parson, was here at the top of that 2 hour window. Tony was very polite and after telling him what was wrong with the door and what I had done to fix the problem, he was very knowledgeable of what needed to be accomplished. Tony had to replace 7 items with the garage door from rollers to springs. It took him about an hour to repair the door. I'm very pleased with the work that was done within the time frame given.
