My garage door was not opening or closing properly. Your service tech Peyton was very knowledgeable and polite and efficient. After installing a new opener and various other parts the door now works perfectly and is much more quiet than before the repair work. I was having issues with two of the three garage doors. The technician was prompt and efficient. He was able to repair both doors and provided new openers for all three doors and programmed them for me. We have used Precision several times before and we have always been pleased with the service. Our previous service was excellent. This time, not so much. The door wasn't opening more than a foot, then stopping. The tech said something about a bad circuit board, and told us we needed a whole new system for something north of $600! I declined, read the owner's manual, and adjusted the "up force" on the back of the motor housing, and now the door opens perfectly.

My 12-year old garage door would shut but then immediately pop back up at times. Patrick came at the scheduled time. He was outgoing and very professional. He diagnosed our problem and then gave us options for repairing it. I selected the installation of new steel rollers to replace the worn plastic ones. Patrick repaired the door in less than an hour. He made some adjustments to the door to be sure there was no opening between the floor and bottom of door. He answered my questions and also gave me a walk-through on how to do periodic maintenance. The work came with a 5-year warranty. I would use Precision Door again and was very impressed with Patrick.

The technician, Robert was very courteous and professional. He called to advise when he would arrive and upon arrival listened intently to ensure he understood the issue before hand. He was even able to provide a helpful suggestion to an issue unrelated to the door. He fixed the door and even offered to reprogram all of the remotes. It is good to know this type of customer service still exists.
