After reading the reviews, there was some comments that impressed me. I was impressed with how Tony evaluated the problem with the door and quickly began to adjust until it was operating smoothly. Assist spring broke on our garage door and our regular guy said he couldn’t make it for a week, this company came the same day we called and traveled 60 miles to get to us. I called Precision Door Service around 4PM Thursday afternoon to request repair service. The garage door spring broke and the door would not open. Precision’s technician arrived around 5:30PM. He was very friendly and helpful. He did a complete overhaul and replaced the door springs, rollers and other parts in a couple of hours and our door was working again. The door now works better than it ever did. The rapid response and friendly service was greatly appreciated. Another door company I called said it would be a couple of weeks before they could even look at my door. We greatly appreciate the rapid response and excellent service. I have no doubt on who to call the next time I have a garage door problem. Thanks again for the rapid response and excellent service.

After 17 years, I had 1 of 3 garage doors that was giving trouble. After I called for service they showed up in about an hour and a half. Upon inspection of the troublesome door, I ask him to inspect the other 2. Yes, the other 2 doors were about to cause problems also. So instead of 1 door I had all 3 doors repaired. The young man Dillon was very courteous and polite. It was late in the afternoon when he arrived to give me an estimate on my garage doors. After I accepted the estimate he stayed and completed the job. I am very satisfied with the job he did and his professionalism. Was very surprised he was not worried about punching a time clock.
