I called Precision Door Service around 4PM Thursday afternoon to request repair service. The garage door spring broke and the door would not open. Precision’s technician arrived around 5:30PM. He was very friendly and helpful. He did a complete overhaul and replaced the door springs, rollers and other parts in a couple of hours and our door was working again. The door now works better than it ever did. The rapid response and friendly service was greatly appreciated. Another door company I called said it would be a couple of weeks before they could even look at my door. We greatly appreciate the rapid response and excellent service. I have no doubt on who to call the next time I have a garage door problem. Thanks again for the rapid response and excellent service.

This company was very prompt and took care us immediately when our garage door stopped working. Anthony was very thorough and detailed with the issues prior to fixing the door. Our garage door has never been so quiet. Great job and highly recommend.
