Had a tension spring break on one of my garage doors. Called Precision and spoke to Jen. She was very polite and knowledgeable and advised she could get a technician out to fix the issue within the next few hours. Technician Jonathan arrived as promised and was professional polite and efficient. Jonathan explained his findings and recommended replacing the bushings as well. I am pleased with the work. I would recommend them.

right now this is an add. question/concern It is regarding the down payment. I do understand that a company needs to secure and order, but 50% seems a tad excessive. Is this your standard?

Anthony (Tony) did a great job repairing our garage door. He replaced our broken spring and checked and replaced the bearings. Very efficient same day service. I called company at approx 11:30 cst , he was here by 12:45 and gone by 2:00 pm. I will be using this company again for any future problems that I have with my doors .

Our door was broken on 1 side Joe and his helper came out they redone our doors we couldn't just wait on ordering new ones and put new springs rollers etc.back in may of this year the tension was off again on left side so he came back out for us and adjusted it thank you Joe and precision for your help.
