Have had your company out couple of times. Always very helpful & professional, problem was very simple kinda silly. Your man did not treat it as such. Very nice @ professional. If all your people are the same then you have a great company. The young lady I talked to when I called was also very professional & very nice & helpful. Thank You!!!

I just want to tell Precision Overhead Garage Door Service how much I appreciate the service that I received yesterday.I had actually just got on the interstate for a short trip when my 95 year old mother in law called me and said her garage door wouldn't open and she had her groceries in the trunk.I turned around and after inspecting the door one of the springs had broken. After calling a few companies Precision told me they could fix the door the same day(which they did). That was a big relief for me and my 95 year old mother in law because she still has to have a nice warm car in her garage so she can make her weekly hair appointment, buy her groceries, and take all the cakes, pies, pastries, and coffee to church every Sunday morning! The other companies that I called said they could probably get there within a day or two.I will never shop garage door service any more.I would highly recommend to anyone that needs repair or replacement of garage doors to give Precision a chance,I'm sure glad that I did! They are a family owned business that takes pride in their work and stands behind it with a 2 year warranty. Thanks again to Chuck Gatlin,Thomas, and my technician Tony Parson....great job!

I think I had seen commercials on tv in the past, that's how I remembered the name. I had called a company in Ringgold last week but they were slow to respond so I called your company. The response was immediate and got it done the same day. The fellows that did the job were very good at what they do.

These folks are great! My door had a broken spring and was no longer usable. I made an appointment through Home Advisor app and they called me within an hour of submitting the request. Their tech Nick came out earlier than scheduled (called first) and did a great job and quick. I now have a working garage door again. I will definitely use them in the future for anymore garage door needs!

Prompt service. Same day repair which was awesome. Very pleased with the work that the technician performed. He was very informative and explained all of my options. He was honest and did not force me to purchase unnecessary parts and replacements just to bolster the service charge, that most of all pleased me. Very happy with the whole process and the technician. Thank you so much.

Had an opener that needed to be replaced. Precision had replaced a broken spring many months earlier for me, and was very professional & proficient in their work. I gave them a call & an opportunity to assess my need for a working garage door opener, and once again they delivered to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work Precision!

I received excellent service from Precision Doors. I believe their price was fair and correct. The service men who installed my new garage doors and opener were very professional. These men worked hard in the hot garage and no complaints. My new door and opener works like a charm. So quiet! I will certainly recommend Precision Doors to my friends and family. Thank you. Service tech seemed to know his job well. Ben was very personable and helpful. I decided on a new door and opener instead of fixing my old Wayne Dalton door.

We had a new garage door and opener installed the 1st of August, the technicians where great, did a great job and where very friendly, and we have loved our new door, looks great, and is very quite opening and closing, not like the old one that sounded like a Sherman tank firing up, lol. After a month, last night that is, our door would go down and come right back up, never could close it, had to undo safety latch and close it, so i called the 24 hr number and they had a technician to come out this morning and check it out. After a quick check he had determined a power outage had reset the force of the closure and opening limits, and he reset it in a matter of minutes, less than 5 minutes total visit! Shook my hand and told me if i had any more problems just give them a call, very nice guy and very fast great service. A great company, i would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of Garage door service!
