Precision did a great job replacing our garage door opener. They were able to replace it the same day we called. Matt arrived on time and was upfront about the costs and the amount of time it would take to replace. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend!!

Excellent service!!! Very responsive, great communication between office and technician, on time and they were able to fix the springs same day. No waiting for parts or come back later to finish. My garage door was stuck and there was no way to get my car out. Graham came right out that same day to repair the spring on my opener. He repaired it in an hour. Highly recommend Graham and will use Precision again!

Precision Door Service came "same day service" as advertised. I used them several years ago for a auto garage door repair, in a different location and was just as satisfied then as I was today. Aaron Smith was my tech and he was friendly and professional and found the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Quick success, garage door working properly, and I was only charged for a service call. I could not be more pleased. Thank you.

My realtor recommended Precision. Within an hour of my phone call, AAron was at my door. At the most I was hoping he could close it for me because it was stuck open. I was sure, I would need a brand new door along with corresponding hardware. No, within ten minutes, Aaron had worked up a quote and said he could repair the door right then. Needless to say, IT'S FIXED! Many thanks, Aaron for your hard work and thank you to Precision for your outstanding customer service, Sierra was my first contact with Precision and she was fabulous. Not only that, I've been promised a five year warranty on the repairs. It doesn't get any better than that!

Tyson arrived much quicker than we could have imagined. He was very informative and capable. We had a broken spring, needed a new garage door opener and to have our frame straightened ( and more!) he completed everything and cleaned up behind himself in less than 2 hours.

I called after a lightning strike fried our double garage door motor, and they came same day and completed the replacement. Not just fast service, but also very thorough and reasonably priced. If you’re lucky enough to have Anthony as your service person, you’re in good hands. He was so nice and helpful. Even gave me extra pointers on how to reprogram my car with the remote. I am beyond delighted with the service. I put up with a garage door that didn’t work for too long. Finally called Precision based on reviews. An excellent repair gut named Dillon came that evening, and completely fixed my horrible old door, and now instead of horrible screeching and stopping at one foot up, it is almost silent. He replaced springs, rollers, opener, and installed a keypad on the same day! I didn’t even have to miss work. Go ahead and call them!!!

Subsequent to contacting Precision Garage Door and explaining my service need to your secretary, she arranged for your representative named BEN to come to my property on Signal Mountain. Ben called me to let me know he was on the way and he arrived approximately one hour before his appointed time. Ben quickly assessed the problem with my door and proceeded to make the necessary repaid. In addition to BEN’s professional work ethic, he was one of the most professional and polite individuals we have ever had the pleasure to meet. From start to finish, having the garage door spring repaired was a stress- free experience. Was able to schedule an appointment online and Tony P. called 15 minutes before the start of the appointment advising me that he was enroute. He evaluated the problem insuring he was not going to install an under-rated spring for the size of the door and completed the repair in less than 2 hours. Tony P. was prompt, knowledgeable, highly experienced, courteous, and does excellent work. He is an asset you cannot afford to lose! I will always recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs ANY garage door maintenance or repair work done.
