The remains of Hurricane Irma hit us with half a dozen trees brought down in our neighborhood. My garage door was closed but when I went out and tried to close it , it immediately went up. This had happened just two months ago. I called and in about 2 hours Jerry was here and explained that it was simply a reset problem, showed me how to do it (which he says is in the owner's manual) and didn't charge me for the call, which I very much appreciate. My only negative is that I should have been told this the last time and I should have looked at the owner's manual if I still have it. But thanks for excellent service

On returning from a trip we found our garage door would not stay down but would 'bounce' back up. I called on Sunday, your man arrived (early!) on Monday afternoon and, as we suspected, found it had been thrown off by a power failure.The price for the call was very reasonable and it took only a few minutes for him to fix the problem but it would have been nice if he had just done a quick lubrication, especially as he was advising that the rollers and joints were old and worn, causing squeaking and liable to cause failure in the not too distant future. Aside from that I was very pleased with the prompt service

Precision was able to provide same day service on my "hung door"which was of great relief as I was not comfortable with my family being in and around the garage with the poor state of our door! Our technician was knowledgeable and explained all my options before allowing me to decide how to proceed. The garage door was back to full operation and better than before by dinner time!

I was pleased with the work Jerry did installing new rollers on my garage door. New rollers were installed on the other door in January. In January you installed two openers but neither one opened the door all the way. Much to my delight, Jerry fixed one but didn't have time to fix the other one. He said that he or someone will come back to fix the other door so that it would open all the way. I hope so.

After you installed a new Opener my in-car remote would not work. Although you were not obligated to do so your Service Tech Ben came back and at no charge to me installed an extra receiver that enables my remote to work. Thank you very much. My garage door abruptly refused to close.I chose Precision because the company I've used previously couldn't come for a week so I looked in the Yellow Pages and then on your web-site and was told you could come that day. Your Service man Ben came that evening and was remarkably cheerful considering he'd been working since 7.30am and didn't finish till about 9.30pm.Ben was great--pleasant , helpful and proficient. My only minor complaint is that he left the wires looking a bit sloppy, You lost a star because your opener is foreign -made ( China??) and I cannot use my car's remote.
