I can't say how much I appreciate how quickly and efficiently my repair was done. Within 5 minutes of contacting them, Ben was on his way to diagnose the problem and repair my door. This was an amazing experience, and I will recommend this company to everyone. I will definitely be using Precision again.

Cable broke so door would not operate. Called around noon to see if repairs could be same day. Was told to expect a service person between 4 & 6. Tony arrive around 5:15pm proceeded to replace both door cables with safety cables. Very professional. Will definitely get this company to quote me on replacing my shop sliding door. Very good service and at least half of what I was expecting to pay.
