Subsequent to contacting Precision Garage Door and explaining my service need to your secretary, she arranged for your representative named BEN to come to my property on Signal Mountain. Ben called me to let me know he was on the way and he arrived approximately one hour before his appointed time. Ben quickly assessed the problem with my door and proceeded to make the necessary repaid. In addition to BEN’s professional work ethic, he was one of the most professional and polite individuals we have ever had the pleasure to meet. We highly recommend BEN and should we have future garage door needs Precision Garage Door will always be my first choice and I will definitely refer your company to my friends and thank you for your prompt and professional service.

Our door was broken on 1 side Joe and his helper came out they redone our doors we couldn't just wait on ordering new ones and put new springs rollers etc.back in may of this year the tension was off again on left side so he came back out for us and adjusted it thank you Joe and precision for your help.

I have worked with Precision many times over the last 10 years or so. They installed a new door for my garage a year or so ago and I just love it. More recently they replaced the sensors for me. They are prompt courteous and reliable. I highly recommend them.

The remains of Hurricane Irma hit us with half a dozen trees brought down in our neighborhood. My garage door was closed but when I went out and tried to close it , it immediately went up. This had happened just two months ago. I called and in about 2 hours Jerry was here and explained that it was simply a reset problem, showed me how to do it (which he says is in the owner's manual) and didn't charge me for the call, which I very much appreciate. My only negative is that I should have been told this the last time and I should have looked at the owner's manual if I still have it. But thanks for excellent service

On returning from a trip we found our garage door would not stay down but would 'bounce' back up. I called on Sunday, your man arrived (early!) on Monday afternoon and, as we suspected, found it had been thrown off by a power failure.The price for the call was very reasonable and it took only a few minutes for him to fix the problem but it would have been nice if he had just done a quick lubrication, especially as he was advising that the rollers and joints were old and worn, causing squeaking and liable to cause failure in the not too distant future. Aside from that I was very pleased with the prompt service

Precision was able to provide same day service on my "hung door"which was of great relief as I was not comfortable with my family being in and around the garage with the poor state of our door! Our technician was knowledgeable and explained all my options before allowing me to decide how to proceed. The garage door was back to full operation and better than before by dinner time!

I was pleased with the work Jerry did installing new rollers on my garage door. New rollers were installed on the other door in January. In January you installed two openers but neither one opened the door all the way. Much to my delight, Jerry fixed one but didn't have time to fix the other one. He said that he or someone will come back to fix the other door so that it would open all the way. I hope so.
