Called on Friday, Had a Service Gentleman out early Saturday morning (which was 25 degrees out with light snow) and by 11 O' clock I was set with a crazy quiet opener and Top Notch Service!

After a garage door malfunction disaster, we had to get it fixed. Chatted online with a Precision rep, who helped us schedule an appointment the following day. Jerry (our technician) came out, calling to advise when he'd arrive. He was at our home before the appointment time and set to work quickly, diagnosing the multiple issues we had. He was quick, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Jerry explained what our options were and the benefits of each. Once we decided the best course of action, and he was done in about an hour. The lifetime warranty gives us peace of mind, and we'd recommend Precision and Jerry without hesitation.

I chose Precision because of the service choices. The star rating I give is a 5. The cables, rollers and springs were replaced with a new system which was suggested by the technician and was needed. I liked the fact that the job was done while he was here and didn't have to come back.

Jerry Berry was very professional. New how to do the job quickly and correctly. He gave a number of options< I selected the one I wanted. Service tech was on time, very professional, completed work quickly. He also gave me options to consider, just the spring or a "re-build" of the working parts. I went with the re-build, while twice the cost of just replacing the spring, this will reduce the chances of having another service visit. My door is 14 years old and should now last another 15 years. He also recommended using silicon spurs to lube the working parts every 4 months. If you think about the work done, suggestions, in effect means he will not need to come back, except when one of my other two doors has an issue. When that happens I will call Precision again for repair! High marks for the tech!
