The technician, Robert was very courteous and professional. He called to advise when he would arrive and upon arrival listened intently to ensure he understood the issue before hand. He was even able to provide a helpful suggestion to an issue unrelated to the door. He fixed the door and even offered to reprogram all of the remotes. It is good to know this type of customer service still exists.

We were completely satisfied with Precision's garage door repair. We had to have new remotes, springs, and rollers- Robert was GREAT - very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave us some great tips. We called on Memorial Day and they still provided same day service (at no extra charge), came at the time they said they would, and did a great job. Hard to imagine better service.
