Conner was excellent. He called when he was about 30 minutes out. Was very professional and open with his recommendations. Basically replaced a spring and pulley system on 2 doors with 2 torsion systems while refreshing the rollers. Completed the job in just a couple of hours. My wife called in because our garage door would not lower. Only place she called that wasn't booked until after the New Year. Joe came out that afternoon, did a thorough inspection, made his recommendation, and offered three different levels of service to get it back in working condition. He took the time to not only explain it to her; he also spoke with me over the phone and explained exactly what the problem was and what was involved in each estimate. We went with an overhaul which he stated was warrantied for five years. Even got a discount for having just recently retired from the military. Could not be more pleased with the quality of service and value. Highly recommend Precision and will be our "go to" for any future work.
