After calling a competitor that told me it would be a week before they could send a technician, I called Precision. Jerry arrived within two hours. Not only did he diagnose and fixed the problem in about fifteen minutes, he thoroughly inspected the door, pointed out some potential issues and provided ideas should we have any future problems. His fifteen plus years experience was obvious. I'd highly recommend Precision.

I bought more than the form would let me select. I was EXTREMELY happy with both technicians (Jerry and Jacob - hope I have the latter's name right)...I have 3 garage doors now that work better than I thought they could and a keypad in case of emergencies and your team made certain I understood how everything worked before they left.
