I selected Precision because you did work on my other garage door 2 years ago which was a very good job. The guy sent to repair this door did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. Great experience. I called at 8am and the technician was here shortly after 10. A company I called earlier said the best they could do was come in 3 days, having only 1 car this was ridiculous. Preston Stockton was professional and very knowledgeable about the repair. I will definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone who is in need of garage door repair.

My garage door opener stopped working without warning. Anthony from Precision came out to look at it and determined the motor had burned out. I had purchased the opener a few years prior from Precision, and it had a lifetime warranty. Anthony returned in a couple days and fixed the problem. Precision and Anthony were very professional in assisting me. I have been a customer for a long time, and I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Do you realize how desperate you feel when you cannot close or open your garage door? I sat in my car for an hour pressing my remote button in 90+ degree weather and my button was worn out and my key to my front door would not unlock my door. Precision sent a serviceman two hours earlier than the scheduled time ( they called for permission) and the tech fixed my problem in 10 minutes. Hallajulah!!! Thank you Precision!

First of all the online appointment service made scheduling ver simple and easy. Within minutes of making the appointment, Tyson let me know he was twenty minutes away. He arrived promptly and immediately analyzed the problem and suggested replacing the ten year old unit that was pretty much worn out. He got to work and replaced the unit with a much better model, programmed my remotes and programmed both of my vehicles. This was a very satisfying experience and I will recommend Precision Doors to all my friends. I truly appreciate the prompt, professional and courteous service.

One of my roll up garage doors side springs mechanism broke. Jean-Paul from Precision was dispatched the next morning. He arrived on time and replaced the side springs on both garage doors with standard over the door tension springs. Also replaced the old metal rollers and lubricated all the joints. Jean-Paul worked quickly and efficiently. They'll definately do any garage doors work I ever need!!!!
