This is the second time that I have used Precision Door Services both for two different jobs. Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was also very patient as I looked through several designs for a new garage door. Anthony was able to answer all of my questions and concerns about my purchase.

The service that I received was exceptional. The technician made two trips to my home. First he changed the safety eyes. I still had a problem after he left. He came back after he finished the job that he was on. Discovered it was the motor. I didn't expect him to stay and install a the new motor, he did. Thank you !

Precision Door replaced the motors on my garage door openers in 2016 after a lightning strike damaged them. When I encountered problems recently, I called them. Do you realize how desperate you feel when you cannot close or open your garage door? I sat in my car for an hour pressing my remote button in 90+ degree weather and my button was worn out and my key to my front door would not unlock my door. Precision sent a serviceman two hours earlier than the scheduled time ( they called for permission) and the tech fixed my problem in 10 minutes. Hallajulah!!! Thank you Precision!

First of all the online appointment service made scheduling ver simple and easy. Within minutes of making the appointment, Tyson let me know he was twenty minutes away. He arrived promptly and immediately analyzed the problem and suggested replacing the ten year old unit that was pretty much worn out. He got to work and replaced the unit with a much better model, programmed my remotes and programmed both of my vehicles. This was a very satisfying experience and I will recommend Precision Doors to all my friends. I truly appreciate the prompt, professional and courteous service.

One of my roll up garage doors side springs mechanism broke. Jean-Paul from Precision was dispatched the next morning. He arrived on time and replaced the side springs on both garage doors with standard over the door tension springs. Also replaced the old metal rollers and lubricated all the joints. Jean-Paul worked quickly and efficiently. They'll definately do any garage doors work I ever need!!!!

Came home from the Post Office and my garage door isn't working! Called Precision Garage Doors and within 40 minutes Tony was at my door. Another hour and my problem was solved. And he replaced the spring, checked out the door to make sure all was in tip top shape. I've had things repaired before, but I have never had such stellar service from anyone! Call them. You will not be disappointed!

I choose Precision because I have heard of that company in conversation before. Tyson did the repair swiftly & as far as I can tell did a great job. I would have given a 5 star but $1,100.00 was a bit steep for a 20 minute repair.

Great experience with Precision Door today from my first contact over the phone to cleanup after the service was complete. Anthony arrived about an hour after my call and was thorough and knowledgeable. He corrected a couple of things which hadn’t been done properly at initial installation 11 years ago which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I’m impressed with the quality of parts used and it was important not to be trapped in my garage. Thank you Precision Door!

Precision is to be commended for its same-day response most especially to emergencies (e.g., garage door would not open; vehicle trapped inside). In fact, Tyson called to tell me he was on his way two hours before the job was scheduled. He quickly located the problem and provided a rapid-fire estimate of $995, which I thought was extremely high for the parts that were required and, of course, the labor that would be involved. However, it was an emergency, so I didn't question the estimate. That was my first mistake. In hindsight, I should have asked for a itemized written estimate. Upon finishing the job, the $995 suddenly and without explanation ballooned to $1145 with not a single part costing less than $100. My second mistake was not asking for an explanation of the $150 difference between the estimate and the final bill. I offer this advice to anyone considering calling Precision to repair your garage door. First request a copy of the estimate and then ask specific questions regarding the price of some parts and even ask to see bearing plates that are priced at $100 each.
