I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was able to schedule a same day service call in a matter of 3 minutes using the "chat" feature on their website, which was handy because I was at work. I asked for a late appointment and they gave me a target time of 6-9 which was Perfect for our schedule. Mind you other companies I called didn't do calls after 4 and had me scheduled WEEKS out. I was very impressed in how fast and easy it was to get scheduled and how quick they got a technician to our home. I received an email showing me a ID picture of my tech and a sample of how the truck would look so I would know who was coming to my property. Ben (our tech) kept in touch and let me know when he was close. He even waited 5 minutes on me to get back from the store. He did his job well and got the cables back on our door and working properly in a professional, timely manner. You can't go wrong with this company. The price was also great for a same day service call. They will be my new "go to" and I will recommend then to anyone who needs garage help.

When I knew I was in need of a Door for my Garage I did research and found Your Company had a very good ,very positive comments on line. As a result (I am 83 and wife 79) We elected to go with PRECISION. We Were Given a Great price on the Door and the installation was right on schedule . I must comment on the Staff having been in business for many years 'I WAS VERY IMPRESSED with the Workmen and the skills both on installation, but also kind, friendly, courteous attitude shown. I would give them all a "5" Plus! All ready recommended them to my neighbor who need s new Doors.

Received excellent service from Robert and a new trainee, Nick... received a courtesy call 20 minutes prior to their arrival and they were on time... They were able to replace the broken keyless entry which was the reason for the service call. The door was checked out and I was advised of another worn part, which they had with them and was able to replace it... Great service and very professional.... Thank you !!

In April 2018 a spring broke on our garage door. Called Precision and a service tech was here the next morning. He replace both springs, cables, pulleys and carriage wheels. Very professional and thorough. This was not cheap but our door had all original parts and was 20 years old. This week the door began to fail to go all the way up. I called Precision again and they arrived as scheduled and made a quick adjustment to one spring. This repair fell under the one year warranty so there was no charge. I am very pleased with this companies response and the professional techs.

I had the spring on my garage door replaced. The technician that did the work was very professional and did a great job installing the new spring. The door operates just like new, very quiet.

I was very disappointed in the service I got. First the window for my service was 3-6. I sat until about 10 until 6 and never heard from anyone! I called and was told they were just leaving Georgia and was in there way. After they got here I was told I had to move the things in my garage even more. They begin to help but broke several things in the garage. It was left for me to clean up. Then at about 9 another guy showed up. I ask if he had come to help. He told me that he came to help one of the guys because the other guy got mad and went and sat in the truck the rest of the time here. They didn’t get finished until 9:30. Every plan I had I had to cancel because they were here so long! Then I was told they brought a wrong part and would have to come back with the right part another day. I took off work to have the garage down put on. Now I would have to find another day for them to return. They emailed me once and gave me a time but I was in school. I’ve not heard from them again! So I’m not sure if they came at put the part on or it still isn’t done. It was the outside trim. I have used your service 3 times and I feel that 2 of the tree times I was disappointed. The time before a piece broke on the garage and someone came out to fix it. Just a few months later it broke again. I think I should have been refunded for that part or a credit on the last service. Honestly I don’t feel that I will use your company again. The guy that came to help at the end did apologize but again I wasted a whole night waiting on something that shouldn’t have taken that long. Ben came to my house promptly the same day I called Precision. This young man is very professional, hardworking and a wonderful and kind person. He did a great job and fixed my garage door. When i showed him the garage door he immediately knew what was going on and made suggestions about fixing and improving it. And he did the work in less than an hour.
