Stephen explained what he was doing to repair the garage door spring and rollers, and he answered my questions concerning the options for repair and warranty. I was well pleased with the timeliness of Precision Door Service's response to my request for an estimate, as well as with their ability to immediately repair the door without having to schedule another visit.

Technician was on time and repaired our door in one hour as stated. He replaced the springs and rollers and balanced the door. The cost was a little more than I expected, but he did a fine job.

We were completely satisfied with Precision's garage door repair. We had to have new remotes, springs, and rollers- Robert was GREAT - very knowledgeable and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, and gave us some great tips. We called on Memorial Day and they still provided same day service (at no extra charge), came at the time they said they would, and did a great job. Hard to imagine better service.

This company replaced our cheap, loud, slow garage door openers. They've had perfect customer service, with well spoken and knowledgeable workmen.
