I received excellent service from Precision Doors. I believe their price was fair and correct. The service men who installed my new garage doors and opener were very professional. We came home one day and our garage door wouldn't open. One of the cables had broken. I Googled "Garage door repair in Chattanooga" and Precision was the first on the list. After seeing the professionalism of the website, and reading reviews, I called them. They had a tech at my house THAT EVENING. The tech, Ben, explained what had happened and had our door fixed within about an hour. I definitely recommend Precision!

We had a new garage door and opener installed the 1st of August, the technicians where great, did a great job and where very friendly, and we have loved our new door, looks great, and is very quite opening and closing, not like the old one that sounded like a Sherman tank firing up, lol. After a month, last night that is, our door would go down and come right back up, never could close it, had to undo safety latch and close it, so i called the 24 hr number and they had a technician to come out this morning and check it out. After a quick check he had determined a power outage had reset the force of the closure and opening limits, and he reset it in a matter of minutes, less than 5 minutes total visit! Shook my hand and told me if i had any more problems just give them a call, very nice guy and very fast great service. A great company, i would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of Garage door service!

Had an opener that needed to be replaced. Precision had replaced a broken spring many months earlier for me, and was very professional & proficient in their work. I gave them a call & an opportunity to assess my need for a working garage door opener, and once again they delivered to my satisfaction. Keep up the good work Precision!
