Had an opener that needed to be replaced. Precision had replaced a broken spring many months earlier for me, and was very professional & proficient in their work. We came home one day and our garage door wouldn't open. One of the cables had broken. I Googled "Garage door repair in Chattanooga" and Precision was the first on the list. After seeing the professionalism of the website, and reading reviews, I called them. They had a tech at my house THAT EVENING. The tech, Ben, explained what had happened and had our door fixed within about an hour. I definitely recommend Precision!

We had a new garage door and opener installed the 1st of August, the technicians where great, did a great job and where very friendly, and we have loved our new door, looks great, and is very quite opening and closing, not like the old one that sounded like a Sherman tank firing up, lol. After a month, last night that is, our door would go down and come right back up, never could close it, had to undo safety latch and close it, so i called the 24 hr number and they had a technician to come out this morning and check it out. After a quick check he had determined a power outage had reset the force of the closure and opening limits, and he reset it in a matter of minutes, less than 5 minutes total visit! Shook my hand and told me if i had any more problems just give them a call, very nice guy and very fast great service. A great company, i would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of Garage door service!
