The tech that came out to replace the seal on the bottom of the door did a good job after he called back up. At first He told me he could not replace the rubber seal he would have to order one. After calling someone he got a seal off of his truck that worked. I was charged $15 dollars more than my neighbor who had the same garage door except it was a two car garage and mine was a single car garage. When I asked about it the pricing seemed to be up to the tech who could not explain why a smaller door was more expensive. Not sure he was very experienced with the job.

I was having issues with two of the three garage doors. The technician was prompt and efficient. He was able to repair both doors and provided new openers for all three doors and programmed them for me. We have used Precision several times before and we have always been pleased with the service. Our door stopped working late Sunday night. I was able to book and appointment online for the next day. I then needed to change the time of the appointment and I got a live person at nearly 10 pm on a Sunday. I then got confirmation of appointment right away. They also sent pictures of their tech ahead of time, so you know what the person would look like that came to our home.. We have used them several times over years and they are exceptional! Al Henry

I spoke with Sierra to make an appt, she was had a tech call and was at my house within the hour! I was fully expecting to need to wait a week. Tony arrived, went over my options.
