The spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision the next day after seeing their truck in my neighborhood. They could have sent someone out the day I called, I set up a time for a different day. Anthony was at my house by 9am. He reviewed the problem with me and the cost to fix it. He got to work. Within 30 minutes my door was back working better then it had before. Thanks Anthony and Precision.

Our previous service was excellent. This time, not so much. The door wasn't opening more than a foot, then stopping. The tech said something about a bad circuit board, and told us we needed a whole new system for something north of $600! I declined, read the owner's manual, and adjusted the "up force" on the back of the motor housing, and now the door opens perfectly.

Garage door opener had quit working. Michael H came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, attempted to fix it but was not successful. I observed all of the work and was very satisfied with his attempts to repair the problem. Bought a new opener and was installed in about forty minutes.
