Was very thankful to reach a live person on a weekend and schedule a service visit the very next day. Whole process was very organized and professional. The cost was a bit more than quoted over the phone however, but otherwise very good service.

I called to get my garage door repaired at 8 :15, and by 9:15, Robert had called me to let me know he was on the is way. By 11:00, he had completely finished the total rebuild of the springs and Cabling system. Great job. This is the second property that Precision has repaired for me. Each time they met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Called late in the day and was pleasantly surprised to get a real person. Was told that a technician would come between 9-11 am the next morning. Jerry called shortly after 9 and was at the house within 25 minutes. He analyzed the situation, described the repair, and gave me some options. I chose to change to a different type spring and also to replace the opener. All work was completed professionally and quickly. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products and the service. I will recommend Precision to my friends and they will be my first call in the future.
