House is only 2 years old, so called Precision for an inspection and preventative maintenance. The service tech., Robert, showed up earlier that originally scheduled, called first, and was very courteous & professional. Suggested that the plastic rollers be replaced with more dependable parts that should prevent any future potential problems. This is the second time I have used this company, first time was to install garage door windows, and very satisfied with their products and service. Highly recommended!

I called to get my garage door repaired at 8 :15, and by 9:15, Robert had called me to let me know he was on the is way. By 11:00, he had completely finished the total rebuild of the springs and Cabling system. Great job. This is the second property that Precision has repaired for me. Each time they met and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely continue to use them in the future.

The technician, Robert was very courteous and professional. He called to advise when he would arrive and upon arrival listened intently to ensure he understood the issue before hand. He was even able to provide a helpful suggestion to an issue unrelated to the door. He fixed the door and even offered to reprogram all of the remotes. It is good to know this type of customer service still exists.

Today, I had a great experience with Robert. He greeted me with a smile and was very helpful with all my questions. He explained all the steps he was going to do. I called to have my garage door repaired after parts had worn out and broken. Less than an hour after calling to get an appointment a Precision technician was at my door. Jerry was very professional and courteous. He explained all repair options and let me know what I needed fixed now and what could wait for a while. After making the necessary repairs, garage door is quieter then ever, he walked me thru on how to maintain my new parts. Best part of all it’s all made in the USA and guaranteed for life. My sister-in-law had recommended Precision highly, so I called and was hoping for the best. Jerry was early, which was fine with me. He repaired one of my doors and serviced the other. The new rollers make the doors so much quieter.They are running like new. I will never call a different company again!

I went to leave for the day and my garage door would not open. I called Precision and they sent Jerry out to repair my garage. He even arrived early! Drove into my garage and the spring on the garage door popped. I called Precision and they were able to send a technician right away. He was very professional. He explained what needed to be done and how much the choices would cost. There was no pressure. He immediately went to work fixing my problem. I would recommend this company to everyone.
