Called because of the "same day service" ad on New Year's Eve around 2pm, knowing that it would be a couple of days before I could get service for a garage door that "wouldn't open, even manually". Boy, was I surprised by the quick response (at my house within 1 hour) and the fast and quick work (replacement of springs, bearings and rollers) done all within one hour. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair.

We had an issue with our garage door not wanting to open this morning. We had Precision come out this afternoon and after about 5 minutes of looking and saying he doesn't know anything about our specific brand (7 yr old house) and verifying the spring was fine, he then recommended an entirely new door and opener!!! It was discovered the outlet went bad, although the other outlets in the garage were fine with nothing tripped in the breaker. After paying $50 for this "service" my husband and I discovered it was simply a tripped GFI that our ceiling outlet was tied into. We will be looking into other companies in the future should the need arise.

I called Precision to schedule a technician to come out to repair a garage door and they were very helpful. Tony showed up the next morning, on time, and was very professional. He not only repaired the door that was broken but he also did some maintenance on the 2nd garage door. He knew what he was doing and we highly recommend Precision!

I had the Precision ad from an area marketing distribution and called when the garage door wouldn't open. They were able to come sooner than the scheduled window of service, the same day. My 12-year old garage door would shut but then immediately pop back up at times. Patrick came at the scheduled time. He was outgoing and very professional. He diagnosed our problem and then gave us options for repairing it. I selected the installation of new steel rollers to replace the worn plastic ones. Patrick repaired the door in less than an hour. He made some adjustments to the door to be sure there was no opening between the floor and bottom of door. He answered my questions and also gave me a walk-through on how to do periodic maintenance. The work came with a 5-year warranty. I would use Precision Door again and was very impressed with Patrick.

I made a service call this morning when I found out that one of the torsion springs on my garage door had broken. That was at 9:00 and they sent out Trent to fix the problem. They gave me a two hour window between 10:00 and 12:00. Trent arrived at 10:30 and went straight to work on the problem and in an hour an a half he had replaced both torsion springs and the torsion cables. I was very happy with the service and will recommend them to my friends.

James was so knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to show me how he could tell that the door had been serviced in the past and suggested that when time comes to replace my old chain driven door with a larger power and smoother operating belt drive unit. I’m sure I will take his advice about that soon and wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.

Saturday before Easter and my garage doors were acting like they had a little demon lol. Kept going up and down all by themselves randomly.
