Called late in the day and was pleasantly surprised to get a real person. Was told that a technician would come between 9-11 am the next morning. Jerry called shortly after 9 and was at the house within 25 minutes. He analyzed the situation, described the repair, and gave me some options. I chose to change to a different type spring and also to replace the opener. All work was completed professionally and quickly. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products and the service. I will recommend Precision to my friends and they will be my first call in the future.

Great experience with Precision fixing my garage door and upgrading several of the worn and under-spec. components. Very convenient and easy to set up an appointment, and they were super fast to respond with a same-day appointment. Joe did a great job fixing the door hardware and adjusting the door's overall operation. He was very professional and thorough. Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

They had someone out the same day I called. They guy was very knowledgeable about garage doors and knew exactly what the problem was with brief details about what was happening to it.. jerry gave me a run down on what needed to be down and different options.. He took the time to show me how to maintain the doors.. I would highly recommend jerry. He was in and out very quickly

Excellent service. Joe and his helper installed 2 new openers and had them replace the springs on both doors. Both of the men were very knowledgeable and perfessional. The products they installed are as good as their service. I like the fact you receive an email for time confirmation and with a photo and history of the serviceman who will be coming. That is a great factor which gives the home owner a good sense of safety. Enjoyed talking with Joe about his service to America on the USS Kittyhawk after they finished the job. Great company, great service, great products. And the young girl at the call center did an excellent job also. Perfessional from start to finish.

I was very pleased with my service. Jeramy was very informative and did a great job. I had new openers installed , key pads, rails and rollers. I can't believe how quite the doors are now. Great job
