Fast response - same day and exactly at 1PM...(given 1 - 3 PM time frame.) My garage door pully was off track and door gammed on track. Technician was prepared , professional, explained everything problem in detail, and completed the job quickly! Highly recommended!!!

Called late in the day and was pleasantly surprised to get a real person. Was told that a technician would come between 9-11 am the next morning. Jerry called shortly after 9 and was at the house within 25 minutes. He analyzed the situation, described the repair, and gave me some options. I chose to change to a different type spring and also to replace the opener. All work was completed professionally and quickly. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the products and the service. I will recommend Precision to my friends and they will be my first call in the future.

Great experience with Precision fixing my garage door and upgrading several of the worn and under-spec. components. Very convenient and easy to set up an appointment, and they were super fast to respond with a same-day appointment. Joe did a great job fixing the door hardware and adjusting the door's overall operation. He was very professional and thorough. Would not hesitate to use Precision again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! This is the second time we have used them and I wouldn’t suggest anyone else. This time, I needed a new spring installed. My appointment was for 4 p.m. The repairman arrived at 3:45 p.m. and my door was was working like new by 4:30 p.m. The repairman was great and explained exactly what was wrong and what would need to be fixed.
