Talk about excellent service!! My garage door was not closing correctly. I called Precision and they had a technician come out within a couple of hours. Lucky me!! Trent was friendly, professional and delivered the wonderful news that I needed a new opener. He had one on his truck and got to work. Afterwards, he walked me through on the opener, pointed out what he did, and even programmed my vehicles for the new opener. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Every expectation I could have was exceeded.

Precision reset 1 garage door motor and replaced 2 other garage door motors and all the additional parts (springs, rollers, remote, keypad) for us this past Friday. I called Precision about 3pm on Friday afternoon because our garage door would not raise or lower. They told us that a service technician would be at our home by 6pm. Dylan arrived and within an hour the door was working properly. The price was very reasonable and we are very happy customers. I would certainly call them again if the need arose and would recommend to others.

We normally used another garage door company but the problem occurred on a Saturday anf they didn't work on Saturday. I called Precision and they came out that day.
