I chose Precision to repair my garage doors on the recommendation of a friend. Scott was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. My garage doors now work beautifully and are so quiet I can hardly hear them. The results far exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic service. I called in the morning and service man Scott was at my house an hour later. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable. He gave me a couple of options to fix my very dead garage door motor and faulty spring system. After choosing a fairly complete overhaul, Scott completed the job in less than 3 hours. He had all parts on his truck. He cleaned up and left my property spotless. My new system is so quiet and runs so smoothly. What a difference! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Chattanooga and in particular, Scott Hewens.

Expected to repair or replace door spring for $300 to $400. Instead a complete replacement of door opening mechanism was installed at a cost of $1500. Was told by installer that they did not repair or replace the type of spring that operated my door. I find that hard to believe. That can be called an upsell or a ripoff.

Technician and office personnel are very polite and respectful. They solve the issue I had and shared information I needed. They had previously installed the garage door opener, and this time they came to solve an issue with the remote control

They did not force me take a packed deal for a complete door and mechanism inspection which I did not need. The operation of the door was fine, all I needed was a gasket for the bottom of the door. They were agreeable to only replacing the gasket without servicing the mechanics of the door which was required by other repairers. They were here in a timely manner, replaced the gasket quickly, acted in a professional manner and were friendly. Thanks

Scott, the tech who came out, was prompt and friendly. He looked at the problem and identified a solution without trying to pressure sell me on addons first. Work was done quickly and everything explained to me, with other items noted and estimates given should I choose to have them done in the future. I’ll likely go with Precision again and recommend them because of Scott’s attitude and professionalism.

I had Precision Garage Door out recently to replace a broken spring and the bearings on my garage door, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jake was my technician, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what had failed, what needed to be repaired, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. The repair was completed efficiently, the workmanship was excellent, and my garage door now operates better than it has in years. It’s refreshing to work with someone who clearly takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers with honesty and respect. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, and if you’re fortunate enough to have Jake as your technician, you’ll be in great hands.

The office didn’t mention a fee to come to my house to address a situation that I thought was the result of a $1800 repair seven months ago. When tech finished he asked for the service fee plus a half hour hourly rate. He said that there was no warranty. I had not heard that from the dispatcher either. I could have done the work for less that a dollar worth of hardware. Instead over $100 bill. NE CAREFUL TO ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS

This is the second time I've used Precision Doors for garage door services. I was impressed the first time and even more so the second --amazing customer service, install happened earlier than expected and the quality of the door itself is incredible. The install team is on time, friendly, professional, and readily happy to answer any questions. I wouldn't choose anyone else and highly recommend them for any garage door services you may need now or in the future. They're rock stars!
