I made an appointment online because of an issue with one of our garage doors. Tony came out the next day and after trying to get the door to work correctly, it was decided that we should replace the mechanisms for both doors as there was no way to ensure that the problem we were having would not Happen again or persist. Also the mechanism that had been used was not considered the safest. Tony fixed everything the same day and it’s working so much better. Tony was very professional and friendly and explained what was going to be done. Would definitely recommend Precision.

My garage door would go all the way down and then come back up. Technician said that he needed to replace pretty much everything on the garage door because the door was too heavy, that cost me $1500 dollars. After doing research, I think that the problem could have been resolved by just adjusting the down pressure on the motor. The door was not that hard to open manually.

Because I failed to reconnect the door properly after a power outage, I called Precision for a bit of assistance. Scott was the tech who contacted me quickly and assured me that he will help out. I had my garage door worked on today by Precision. They installed my door over 10 years ago. My spring broke on Sunday, and they were there on Monday. About a year ago I needed a newer garage door opener and I called Precision for that as well. Anthony was my technician both times. He is excellent. He explains everything and shows me each part that needs to be fixed or replaced. I completely trust Precision for all my garage door needs. I also highly recommend Anthony. 5 + stars.

Repair man (Matt) was very professional was on spot of time frame called ahead of arrival. The garage door was taking care of in a matter of a few minutes; problem was noticed as soon as he entered the garage. Reset the door settings and used proper lubricant to help in the matter. Our garage door only opened about 12 inches. I noticed the spring was broken and one of the cables was disconnected. The company that installed the system 12 years ago was no longer in operation. Our contractor insisted on using another door company to fix the problems that the sheet rock people had created. That person told us it would be $475 to replace something called the operator. I insisted that we call your company because you had put the door in and we had no problems with it. You came the very next day, not a week and a half later, and fixed it within a few minutes. Disappointed to say the least with your service on a 5 year old garage door opener that you sold new. The $65.00 for a fifteen min. service charge for something you don't stock parts should have been explained when making the appointment for service. The original cost of the opener was $500.00 including installation, your quote of $400.00 and 3 weeks to replace a blown circuit board seemed high but the $900.00 replacement was a no-brainer when compared to your competitor's $200.00 to repair or $500.00 replacement both within a week quote. Good luck with your business your going to need it at this rate.
