The office didn’t mention a fee to come to my house to address a situation that I thought was the result of a $1800 repair seven months ago. When tech finished he asked for the service fee plus a half hour hourly rate. He said that there was no warranty. I had not heard that from the dispatcher either. I could have done the work for less that a dollar worth of hardware. Instead over $100 bill. NE CAREFUL TO ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS

Observed the problem, recommended replacement of both door openers.He immediately went to work and replaced them in about 3-4 hours. After replacing them he explained in detail all about the operation of the new openers. We were very pleased with the work. The price was like everything else today, too too much. The spring broke on my noisy garage door. Mr. Hewens replaced the spring and worn out bearings. He was very courteous and professional. He also fixed the noises by replacing the rollers with Precision’s patented rollers. Now my garage doors are working smoothly and very quiet. Precision Garage Doors exceeded my expectations.

I wouldn't hesitate to call Precision Door Service again. They've has been in Chattanooga for many, many years and I'd had their service many years ago. My garage door is 250+ pounds of solid wood. The motor died on a Friday afternoon; I called the number on my door but got an answering service saying they'd get back to me Monday. I called Precision DS and got a friendly voice and set an appointment for repair the next morning. JP was JAM-UP all the way - on time, fully equipped, very professional, friendly and really knew his stuff since he had replaced several doors in our community. My door hardware was 21-years-old so I replaced everything but the rails and the wood. There wasn't anything cheap about this Genie setup and it's the quietest door opener I've ever had. The Aladdin App is helpful. Thanks JP and PDS y'all are the best.

We had a torsion spring break on Monday afternoon, I immediately called Precision Door and had an appointment for the next morning. Scott came out and assessed the doors moving parts and recommended a full upgrade because of the age of the door. Scott gave us several options on the repair and was not being pushy or rude. We went with full upgrade and Scott said he would have the work done in about an hour and a half. Less than an hour later he was done plus he lubricated two other doors for me. Scott was kind, courteous, understanding of our situation and a delight to be around. I appreciated the email with Scott’s picture with the arrival time, the phone call, and text messages confirming everything was being handled appropriately. Top notch service !
