1. Did we meet your expectations? 2. Did we solve your problem? No, primarily because the technician could find no solution to the door damaging the vinyl trim when it opens up. To be fair, some have said that if the garage door opening was not curved at either end but squared off, then this would not happen. If it is a matter of how the doors are cut, then why hasn't my second garage door damaged the vinyl trim? Is it possible that there is a difference in how my 5-year old Precision Linear PDS800 Belt Driven D/C Powered Opener (associated with the damaged vinyl trim) and my 19-year old Lift Master Professional 1/2 H.P. (that hasn't damaged the trim) have been engineered? I don't know! 3. Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? Were they helpful? The technician who came out, Matt, was all of these things and more! He went out of his way to find a solution to this problem. Fantastic all the way around! 4. Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence? Not particularly. 5. Final thoughts: Although we customers should know that most companies charge a truck fee regardless of whether the issue is resolved or not, I think it would be a good customer service detail if the office that sets the appointment tells the customer that there will be a truck charge even if the problem isn't resolved ... "Do you still wish us to come out?" Trust me, it would be much appreciated!

This is the second time with them. 1st door was done a year ago. Did such a great job, called them when the 2nd door popped. Called ahead to ensure someone was home and a text with a picture of the technician and his name. He was on time, very polite, and worked hard. The new hardware is quiet and smooth. Would tell friends and neighbors. 3yr warranty. Love it. Thanks

Several years ago, Precision Doors did an excellent job of replacing our garage door springs so I contacted them for help addressing a problem we were having with the door closing consistently. Their service technician diagnosed the problem and recommended a new door opener. He installed it and programmed our car’s Homelink to communicate with the opener. The work was done quickly and he was very professional.

I have used Precision Door Service in multiple states and have always been very satisfied on each occasion. The organization here in Chattanooga is one of the best of the best. Scott came out and saved my whole life. I booked online right before 4:00pm, was told someone would be out before 6:00 the same day. Scott was at my house and working through my garage door issues within 30 minutes. He was so professional, so nice, and so thorough. Everything was done right then, and I had 2 fully (properly) functioning garage doors before the sun set that same day. And he was nice to my dog.

Great experience. I called at 8am and the technician was here shortly after 10. A company I called earlier said the best they could do was come in 3 days, having only 1 car this was ridiculous. Preston Stockton was professional and very knowledgeable about the repair. I will definitely recommend him and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone who is in need of garage door repair.

I had to replace two older (12+ year-old) chain drive openers after one of them started malfunctioning. It was easy to make an appointment for service and there was good communication to confirm and to remind me about the appt. The technician, Matt C. was prompt, professional, and courteous. He got the new belt-drive openers installed, showed me the features, and got our remotes programmed all in about two hours. I'm very happy with my new openers and with the service from Precision.
