A few months ago, I had an issue with the opener of my garage door. The technician arrived on-time and found a simple solution to my problem. While he was here, I inquired about lubrication which brought on further discussion about springs etc. In the end I approved new springs and roller hardware, in addition to the lubrication. Two days ago, my door lowered into the back of my truck where it wedged. This caused the door to become inoperable. The technician arrived today and advised that my opener motor was "dead". After some discussion I decided to proceed with a new Genie opener. I'm very happy with the opener and the technician's ability to discussed details of operation and maintenance. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Awesome job!! Door wouldn’t close and a roller fell out when trying to lower manually. The technician was early, went right to work and figured out the cable had failed. He replaced it, worked to put the roller back and reset the door and it now works perfectly!! Second time I have used Precision and would highly recommend their professionalism and how quick they scheduled the job and same day fix.

I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. When I called for an appointment, I figured it would be a few days before someone could come out to look at my garage door. To my surprise, I received a call from Ben within just a few minutes of calling and he was at my home within 30 minutes. Wow! That alone means so much these days. He gave me the options to repair my door or get a new system. We decided on a new one since our current one was very old. Ben had the new one installed and showed me how to program the new keypad in a short amount of time. This was the best experience I’ve had in a very long time.

I called for garage door replacement. They said they would send Joe the following day for estimation. It was wonderful that they send a picture picture of staff so you knew you were not letting a fraud in your home. Joe came as planned. He was friendly and professional. We can easily give Precision five stars. We have had our Precision garage doors for over 5 years. The doors are still in excellent condition, but just needed some general maintenance. I called Precision and the office assistant gave me an appointment within a few days of my call. Tony arrived on time and serviced my garage doors in a skillful, friendly and professional manner. I was awaken at 2 o’clock in the morning with my garage door going up and down I put the lock on to keep closed and I called precision and got a gentleman they told me that he could schedule me an appointment for Friday but call first thing in the morning and I may get someone to come sooner. So I called this morning and they said somebody right away there was a Power surge that was making it click often on and go up and down problem is taken care of shortly the guy was very nice and I want to thank you very much for taking care of the matter for me right away great job precision now I’m going back to bed

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I was able to schedule a same day service call in a matter of 3 minutes using the "chat" feature on their website, which was handy because I was at work. I asked for a late appointment and they gave me a target time of 6-9 which was Perfect for our schedule. Mind you other companies I called didn't do calls after 4 and had me scheduled WEEKS out. I was very impressed in how fast and easy it was to get scheduled and how quick they got a technician to our home. I received an email showing me a ID picture of my tech and a sample of how the truck would look so I would know who was coming to my property. Ben (our tech) kept in touch and let me know when he was close. He even waited 5 minutes on me to get back from the store. He did his job well and got the cables back on our door and working properly in a professional, timely manner. You can't go wrong with this company. The price was also great for a same day service call. They will be my new "go to" and I will recommend then to anyone who needs garage help.
