Joe quoted $465.00 for replacement of a torque master bar from Wayne Dalton. I responded that was way out of what we had expected and we would wait. He said his call bill would be $65.00 and I told him that was high for 20 min. He said he had to drive over (we live 8 min. from bus). He was courteous an I paid him. McSpadden replaced the bar a few hours later for $229 total labor and parts. Your prices are out of line

A repair to our garage door was requested, the repair man was very efficent and extremely polite but a request was made for new door openers and they took over three weeks to receive.However every thing has been sorted out now and the door works fine From Rita Dunbar
