I'm giving a two and not a one because you were punctual. I can't believe the estimate I received from your employees. They we there 2-3 minutes and said I needed a complete rebuild. I'd like you to come to my house and have a look yourself. I went on you tube after the left watched a half dozen how to videos fixed it myself for free.

I called Precision at the advise of my son who was very satisfied with their repair of his garage door. I received very prompt service, same day to repair garage door-broken spring. I appreciate the way that Jerry B explained my situation. I took his good advise and had the bearings replaced along with the spring. Very professional, good work, good communication. 5 STARS!

We were not satisfied with the technician. Upon arrival he immediately started trying to sell products and services instead of just doing the repairs requested. He also changed our door from a 2 torsion spring system to a single spring system. Quality of the work other than that was good. We will be monitoring this door closely.
