Called Precision yesterday and the came out today. The installer, called ahead and was running early and checked to see if I was available, which I was. He arrived, took a look at my 25 year old door opener and diagnosed the issues. He installed a new opener, repaired some door issues and even setup my HomeLink in the car. He was great and informed me of everything he was doing throughout the install. I highly recommend Tony and Precision Garage Doors of Chattanooga.

For sometime Precision Door has efficiently serviced my 2 Garage Doors. I am providing this input solely on behalf of Scott Hewens. Being 84 years old there are many service experiences to recall but this one ranks at the top. The calm, detail, inclusive approach to his work on a Saturday afternoon, the same day I placed the service call and the way he engaged me in the process is what impressed me. He showed me his findings along with an explanation of my options. He also assisted in my decisions. Finally, the work in every way was that of a professional. Very satisfied customer! J.P. (the Tech), was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He replaced my broken door spring and (3) bearings. The price for the spring was about what I was quoted. The price for the (3) bearings was very high and unexpected. $150 each! That is my only reason for not rating 5 stars.

We had a problem with the limit switch on our garage door opener. We called late in the afternoon and were able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. The technician arrived promptly, even a little bit ahead of appointment and was very professional. Our problem was fixed and we are very pleased. We’ll definitely use precision when we need new garage doors in the next couple of years
