Tony and his partner explained everything in an understandable fashion as to what happened anpush button & keypadd why. Installed a 3/4 HP Genie with all the works (springs, bar, pushbutton & keypad) Very pleased with results, would highly recommend!

Technician was on time and gave me an estimate right away for what I wanted done. He worked nonstop until he finished. He was friendly and offered to wear a mask which I said wasn't necessary since he was in the garage and it was very hot out there.

Same day response! Our technician Ben was professional and courteous. He called ahead and apologized for running late and told us exactly when he would be getting to our home. Our garage tension spring was broken. He told us of the cost to fix it, but based on the age of the door and his inspection he recommended an overhaul...which turned out to be the best deal with a limlted life time warranty. We now have in essence a brand new door that is both quiet and safe. We are very pleased!

My experiences with Precision Doors has been wonderful. Staff are friendly, courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. They sincerely care about their performance with whatever job they are performing. They do things the right way. Precision has fixed problem garage doors for me, both sold me and installed new garage doors and garage opening units, and trouble shot other mechanical issues for me. I called on Saturday morning for an appointment to fix my door opener. Joe from Precision Door was at my house and had it fixed by 6:00 pm same day. Another garage company I tried failed to show up on two occasions and didn't even bother to call me back and explain why they didn't show. Very pleased with Precision Door Co. MIKE O.

We found your company in the Chattanooga Yellow Pages. Joe Thomason persuaded us to upgrade the garage door opener mechanism, when he came to repair our slow, cranky door. He installed a second cable and reel, plus a second spring (one each side), a keypad outside, and new remotes. The door itself is still the same one installed when the house was built.

Excellent service from Precision Door company. Tony replaced the faulty wiring for the safety sensors on an up-and-over garage door in less than an hour. Tony was very thorough and completed the repair in less than an hour! He also checked and lubricated our garage door, which now opens and closes flawlessly! A first-class job!
