I have used your company in the past to replace a garage door. I have recommended your company to many people for excellent service and expertise. My experience today was very poor. I called to see about getting up to 3 doors installed on a metal shop building that has 3: 9 ft wide by 8 ft tall swing open doors. I want to replace with a garage roll up door. The young man you sent out was not capable of assessing my door installation. I told him I had a concern on two of the doors (one with tight headroom and one not square on the bottom. He looked in the building and immediately started trying to call for help and could not get an answer for several minutes. He took NO measurement of any kind. He finally got someone to answer and described the one door with a tight headroom problem and told me the door would have to be framed down to 7 ft tall without any measurements. There was no discussion about the other two doors that did not have the same headroom concern. The young man left, and I felt like it was a complete waste of my time, and I will now have to get a different company to send out someone with experience to assess my installation. I am sure the young gentleman is a good employee, but some supervisor/manager is putting him in situations he has not been trained to address.

Excellent service from Precision Door company. Tony replaced the faulty wiring for the safety sensors on an up-and-over garage door in less than an hour. Tony was very thorough and completed the repair in less than an hour! He also checked and lubricated our garage door, which now opens and closes flawlessly! A first-class job!

Tony and his partner explained everything in an understandable fashion as to what happened anpush button & keypadd why. Installed a 3/4 HP Genie with all the works (springs, bar, pushbutton & keypad) Very pleased with results, would highly recommend!

Technician was on time and gave me an estimate right away for what I wanted done. He worked nonstop until he finished. He was friendly and offered to wear a mask which I said wasn't necessary since he was in the garage and it was very hot out there.

Same day response! Our technician Ben was professional and courteous. He called ahead and apologized for running late and told us exactly when he would be getting to our home. Our garage tension spring was broken. He told us of the cost to fix it, but based on the age of the door and his inspection he recommended an overhaul...which turned out to be the best deal with a limlted life time warranty. We now have in essence a brand new door that is both quiet and safe. We are very pleased!

My experiences with Precision Doors has been wonderful. Staff are friendly, courteous, on time, and knowledgeable. They sincerely care about their performance with whatever job they are performing. They do things the right way. Precision has fixed problem garage doors for me, both sold me and installed new garage doors and garage opening units, and trouble shot other mechanical issues for me. I called on Saturday morning for an appointment to fix my door opener. Joe from Precision Door was at my house and had it fixed by 6:00 pm same day. We found your company in the Chattanooga Yellow Pages. Joe Thomason persuaded us to upgrade the garage door opener mechanism, when he came to repair our slow, cranky door. He installed a second cable and reel, plus a second spring (one each side), a keypad outside, and new remotes. The door itself is still the same one installed when the house was built.

The door cables needed replaced at a minimum. The door was about to fall off. I used the online chat option on a Saturday night. Appt was made for Monday morning. Tony arrived on time. We spoke about the repairs needed. The door was repaired within two hours and is working great. Great communication and timely repair! New cables, springs, rollers. 20 year old door that we hope lasts another 20 years. Tony was great!
