I had an issue with my garage door the day prior which all of a sudden works l made a loud noise and then would only open a foot. I attempted to tighten the cords that appeared to be lose and that still didn't resolve the problem. I messaged Precision that day and they sent someone the next day. Anthony was very helpful notified me that the spring has snapped. After inspection, he also noticed some other issues with whoever originally installed the door. He explained my options and performed the work within a couple hours. Door works great and is much quieter now. Thanks!

I had contacted Precision on Monday for a non urgent lower door seal replacement and the response exceeded expectations. The next day Scott, the technician, arrived at the promised time and all repairs were completed by early afternoon. In addition to being very knowledgeable Scott was professional, courteous and personable. Since it had been sometime since my door had been serviced and some components were approaching 20 years, he pointed out several areas where I had potential for additional problems. I elected to have repairs and replacements made as well on those items and I am very pleased with the resulting work.

I have never had a better experience by any other repair service. I called about 9:00AM and Scott was at my door at 9:30AM. He then installed a new operator, rollers, and door seal. Scott had everything he needed on the truck. His work was extremely professional. He didn't mind me watching and allowed me to help installing the door seal. Both my experiences with Precision have been excellent and beyond expectations. Scheduling is easy and appointments are made at my convenience and as soon as the same day and rates were very reasonable especially considering the level of service. For this appointment, the technician, Tom, called when on his way and updated me when running only slightly behind. He was so courteous and had a great sense of humor about my situation in general and all of my many questions and was even kind to my little dog. The service was done quickly, and he let me know exactly what the issue was and how to best avoid problems in the future. I will definitely continue to request services from Precision and expect that when I need my next garage door and/or door opener, I will purchase from Precision.
