Review:

Both my experiences with Precision have been excellent and beyond expectations. Scheduling is easy and appointments are made at my convenience and as soon as the same day and rates were very reasonable especially considering the level of service. For this appointment, the technician, Tom, called when on his way and updated me when running only slightly behind. He was so courteous and had a great sense of humor about my situation in general and all of my many questions and was even kind to my little dog. The service was done quickly, and he let me know exactly what the issue was and how to best avoid problems in the future. I will definitely continue to request services from Precision and expect that when I need my next garage door and/or door opener, I will purchase from Precision. A great experience overall and will definitely recommend. Many thanks!!

Incredibly fast service and very pleasant tech (Anthony) who took time to explain the source and correction of the problem. Very much appreciated the patience with my questions and now I have a double door I can lift with two-fingers -- a huge consideration for a small, mature woman. :-) Very professional, friendly customer service from initial contact with the efficient, helpful Chat Agent to completion; HIGHLY recommend.
