Shawn York was our tech today. He was on time, super friendly, informative, and advised us on the proper replacement for our garage door. We were hoping for just a repair but learned it would be better to replace an old system that wasn’t transmitting properly anymore. Shawn gave us options and was able to replace it (not the door) immediately. We are up to date with a reliable system! Thank you!

Our garage door is 10 years old and needed new spring cable, bearings, bottom seal and rollers, etc. and the service man taught us to change the code ourselves. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and quick. Thanks, Della
