The technician, Anthony, came out and immediately assessed the situation and took care of it. He had all the necessary parts and took the time to explain what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. When he left, I understood how it worked and how to operate the system.

Tony, the installer did a very good job. He was very professional. Explained in detail the work he was doing, and gave us an estimate of the cost . Fortunately, he was able to complete the job on his first visit. He also programmed my car remote at no charge. I would highly reccommend him to all my friends.

Precision Door Service is great to get right out and on the job! I had used Northgate Doors for years and years. I can't get them to come out anymore! It's always at least a week and maybe two. I am pleased with Precision's pricing as well! I highly recommend them to do garage door work!! I have used Precision Door Service more than once! They are my "go to" for anything garage door related!!

Saturday morning holiday weekend the spring on the door failed. I made the call to Precision around 11 am, by 3:30 they were at my house and the repairs were completed by around 5pm. The technician Ben was knowledgeable, polite, and focused on providing the information I needed to make repair decisions. In todays world of no customer service and scheduling appointments 3 weeks out this was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend Precision to all.

Why do things always break on the weekend? I couldn’t even get me car out. It was awesome to have Dylan come to repair my garage door the same day I called (Saturday). He was professional, offered several options and did the repair quickly.

I was looking for a "wellness check" and maintenance on my garage door as it was sticking a bit. The first thing that Anthony Parson, the service technician found was that the door was out of balance. The next thing he found was a crack in the Spring. The door was in bad need of rollers, cleaning of tracks, lubrication, etc. Anthony showed my everything he was doing and explained every step....Very pleased with his work and his disposition. I will use them again in the future.

We have lived in our home for fifteen years. This broken garage door spring is the third we have experienced. Mr. Parsons replaced all the bearings and redid the door. I am very pleased with the smoothness and quiet with which the door operates. Mr. Parson was very pleasant and explained a great many things. I was pleased with his obvious pride in working for Precision Door.

When we discovered the broken garage door spring while our vehicles were inside the garage, we were dismayed. I called Precision and a tech Tyson arrived in about an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem (not installed properly when our house was built), explained repair options along with the cost for each option, and moved forward with the repair. He had everything needed on the truck and completed the job in an hour. Thank you, Precision and thank you to Tyson!
