We had a torsion spring break on Monday afternoon, I immediately called Precision Door and had an appointment for the next morning. Scott came out and assessed the doors moving parts and recommended a full upgrade because of the age of the door. Scott gave us several options on the repair and was not being pushy or rude. We went with full upgrade and Scott said he would have the work done in about an hour and a half. Less than an hour later he was done plus he lubricated two other doors for me. Scott was kind, courteous, understanding of our situation and a delight to be around. I appreciated the email with Scott’s picture with the arrival time, the phone call, and text messages confirming everything was being handled appropriately. Top notch service ! Repair man (Matt) was very professional was on spot of time frame called ahead of arrival. The garage door was taking care of in a matter of a few minutes; problem was noticed as soon as he entered the garage. Reset the door settings and used proper lubricant to help in the matter. Thank You Matt Precision Doors for such a professional service man (Matt) he was great.

What a great team of people to work with from the secretary/dispatcher to the technician, immediate response was at my house in an hour, Nick was well groomed, had all the tools and materials with him to do the job right, took pride in his work, showed me where various parts were showing fatigue after 22 years of use and suggested solutions to prevent more problems in the future, very thorough and polite. cleaned up after he was done, took the time to be sure i understood how everything worked, even went over a lubrication schedule with me. great service and great job
