What a great team of people to work with from the secretary/dispatcher to the technician, immediate response was at my house in an hour, Nick was well groomed, had all the tools and materials with him to do the job right, took pride in his work, showed me where various parts were showing fatigue after 22 years of use and suggested solutions to prevent more problems in the future, very thorough and polite. cleaned up after he was done, took the time to be sure i understood how everything worked, even went over a lubrication schedule with me. great service and great job

Called Precision after knocking our garage door off track when backing out. Jerry with Precision was at our house within a couple of hours and had our garage door fixed in no time! Very professional and knowledgeable! Will definitely use Precision in the future with any garage door needs that arise.

Really impressed with Precision. Tony the tech I had was A great Professional! Explaining to me was undertandable the Issue I had. The process was easy to set the appointmen. The info of cost on the call was mis leading!! Told one amount but actually wass more BUT Tony Honored what was I was quoted.
