Garage door opener had quit working. Michael H came out the next day, diagnosed the problem, attempted to fix it but was not successful. I observed all of the work and was very satisfied with his attempts to repair the problem. Bought a new opener and was installed in about forty minutes. Called because of the "same day service" ad on New Year's Eve around 2pm, knowing that it would be a couple of days before I could get service for a garage door that "wouldn't open, even manually". Boy, was I surprised by the quick response (at my house within 1 hour) and the fast and quick work (replacement of springs, bearings and rollers) done all within one hour. I highly recommend Precision for any garage door repair.

We had an issue with our garage door not wanting to open this morning. We had Precision come out this afternoon and after about 5 minutes of looking and saying he doesn't know anything about our specific brand (7 yr old house) and verifying the spring was fine, he then recommended an entirely new door and opener!!! It was discovered the outlet went bad, although the other outlets in the garage were fine with nothing tripped in the breaker. After paying $50 for this "service" my husband and I discovered it was simply a tripped GFI that our ceiling outlet was tied into. We will be looking into other companies in the future should the need arise.
