What great service! I called Precision Door in Chattanooga and explained my problem to the receptionist. Within 20 minutes Tyson, a repair technician, called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he explained the the cause of my problem and what needed to be done. Within 30 minutes or so, a new motor had been installed, and Tyson had explained everything to me in detail. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. This type of attitude from everyone I've come in contact with at Precision Door is the reason I keep coming back. I call Pecision because I had used you before at another property. Your worker was very polite and went over what my problem was. He went in detain about he did to do to get it working again. I was surprised in the increase in price since I used you before. He did explain that I would receive a 5yr. Wanty I have not receibed that warnty.

I am so appreciative of my technician that fixed my garage door. He came the same day I called. He was very courteous and explained everything to me. At first he thought it might be the motor but kept looking and found that the wiring was chewed on by a harry varmit. He fixed that but it still did not work. Then he found that the wiring was backwards and when he fixed that the door worked perfectly. I am so glad that he took the time to figure out what was wrong.

Emergency door repair after springs and opener broke at 10:30 pm on Friday night. Arrived Sat morning on time and explained work needed. Replaced door opener and springs. Very pleased with everything. I have used Precision Doors for years at my old house. Great work and very professional.

OMG! I couldn’t believe how fast it was. Appointment the next day. Garage door wouldn’t open or close all the way. Turned out it was the opener. We saw that too. The gear was totally shot. They agreed. Replaced the opener. That was a lot $. However, the new opener is so quiet and so small an Wi-Fi enabled. They walked us through all of the steps to activate that and the basic operation of the unit. It only took 30 minutes. So impressed.

Convincing the tech to clear the motor code is annoying, chain flapping down it’s obvious there’s a problem. Saying I don’t know to me, come on man. This is your bread and butter. Door opens a few inches less I guess it’s fixed? Chain flaps less, code doesn’t come back Asked him if he could fix the dog chewed wiring to the IR’s it didn’t get done either.
